    • The apartment is one of a group of ten located in a building right in the historic centre of Barcelona. The apartment block was originally built at the turn of the 20th Century and has been carefully reformed, restoring the orginal features such as the red marble in the entrance and adding the modern touch of an elevator. The apartment is within easy walking distance of some of Barcelona´s most famous sites; Las Ramblas, the Santa Maria del Mar church – a jewel of gothic art, the Picasso Musuem and the Cathedral.
      This apartment consists of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath tub (shower incorporated) and a second bathroom with a shower unit. There are three bedrooms, two twin rooms with individual beds and the third bedroom is a single room. There is the possibility to include a fold up bed for a six person. One of the twin rooms looks onto the pedestrian street, Calle Argentería and from the apartment there is access to a private interior terrace. The apartment has a 21" t.v, with international channels via satellite, there is also optional WIFI internet connection (computer not provided) and a telephone.

      Notes:

      If you are travelling with infants (under 2 years) you are obliged to rent a cot for the baby. There is a charge of 6€ per night to cover the cost of the cot, bed linen, blankets and facilities provided for the baby.
      For late arrivals to the apartment (after 23.00hrs) there is a charge of 20€.
      Neither of the above charges are included in the price shown below, they are to be paid directly to the landlord on the day of arrival.
      You can park your car in the underground parking with 25 euros extra charge.
