Comfortable 3-bedroom apartment in the "Borne" district

The accommodation was spotless, well equipped and in an excellent location. The contact person was most efficient and very helpful.

Great apartment in an excellent location. We travelled with a 2 year-old toddler and worried about the street noise at first but there were no problems. The double-glazed windows block almost all the noise from the street. The contact person with fluent English was very helpful and polite. The ...apartment was spotless as shown on the photos. We will definitely return and stay there again. Thanks 

Fantastic location, Fantastic Apartment!! Great food, restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. A 2 min walk to Jaume I Metro makes it SUPER easy to get around. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed (the beds aren't amazing, but fine). Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!

Good location. Apartment is clean and tidy. Kitchen facility and utensils are clean and in good condition.

2011 Here we were 4 days in the Okober. The apartment is born Barri Gothic super centrally in the area. The apartment building is beautifully restored. The apartment is equipped with everything what you need. Also, it is very clean and very quiet by the soundproof Windows even though outside the ...life rages. Speaking life: one is mittdendrin in this site! Restaurants, pubs, boutiques and plenty of great culture can be achieved in less than 5 minutes. The transport links are excellent. Also the great harbour is only a \"stones throw\" away. We will come back in any case - to Barcelona and in the described Appartemen! 

Wir waren 4 Tage im Okober 2011 hier. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral im Viertel Born Barri Gothic. Das Appartementgebäude ist wunderschön restauriert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Zudem ist sie sehr sauber und durch die schallisolierten Fenster sehr ruhig obwohl ...draußen das Leben tobt. Apropos Leben: an diesem Standort ist man mittdendrin! Restaurants, Kneipen, Boutiquen und jede Menge toller Kultur lassen sich in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichen. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind exzellent. Auch der tolle Hafen ist lediglich einen "Steinwurf" entfernt. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen - nach Barcelona und in das beschriebene Appartemen!! 

a good home and a good contact, pleasant and effective for an apartment very well located for cultural visits, with double glazing which moderate the exterior noise due to the extremely busy pedestrian street, and a minimum of dishes that matches although the absence of dishwasher... it is not here ...you ferrez many kitchen! a good location for \' a little too high a price... 

un excellent accueil et un bon contact, agréable et efficace pour un appartement très bien situé pour les visites culturelles, avec des doubles vitrages qui modèrent le bruit extérieur dû à la rue piétonne extrêmement passante, et un minimum de vaisselle qui correspond à bien l'absence de ...lave-vaisselle...ce n'est pas ici que vous ferrez beaucoup de cuisine ! un bonne location pour' un prix un peu trop élevé... 

Everything as described on the site. Very noisy Street, but this has nothing to do with the State of the apartment in fact an added value are definitely much soundproofing Windows.

Tutto come descrito sul sito. Molto rumorosa la strada, ma ciò non ha nulla a che vedere con lo stato dell'appartamento anzi un valore aggiunto sono le finestre decisamente molto insonorizzanti.

Very good more he spoke French which is very convenient when one does not speak Spanish.Housing was very well, and the situation of the apartment is ideal for visiting Barcelona. It is also very well isolated because the pedestrian street is fairly noisy with the window open. Very satisfied overall.

Très bonne en plus il parlait français ce qui est très pratique quand on ne parle pas espagnol. Le logement était très bien, et la situation de l'appartement est idéal pour visiter Barcelone. Il est également très bien isolé car la rue piétonne est assez bruyante avec la fenêtre ouverte. Très satisfait dans l'ensemble.

The accommodation was generally clean, pleasant and extremely well located. The air conditioner worked well and was much welcomed. Decor and fittings were a little old fashioned. The kettle was an old, plastic kettle and should be replaced. The television had very few English-speaking channels ...and did not seem to be tuned in proplerly to the satellite. Also, the TV was an old fashioned , small CRT TV and, for the price of the accommodation, I would have expected a flat screen TV with a good selection of English channels and a HiFi dock for my iPhone so I could play music.
