There are many buses that pass through Plaza España, and you will have access to 2 metro lines; lines 1 and 3, which can take you to any corner of the city.

    The availability of the above mentioned equipment must be confirmed directly with the owner before day of arrival. Otherwise, the availability of this service is not guaranteed.
    The apartment is in a quiet location with neighbors who live there all year round. Therefore we ask you to have the most civic behavior, especially with regards to noise at night, and in the common areas of the building.
    No parties are allowed. Reservations for people under 25 will not be accepted.
    Guests must pay a deposit of 150 EUR on arrival to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out and is subject to an inspection of the property on departure to assess whether there has been any damage.
    Paying cash deposit will incur an additional charge of € 20. A staff member will then meet you at the apartment to return this amount.
    You will receive a contact email with all relevant information regarding the apartment and we ask that you contact us always about 30 minutes before reaching the apartment. Any delays of more than 45 minutes from the agreed time will have an additional cost of 15 €. After that, any further delays of 30 minutes will have an additional cost of 15€ each.

            The contact person for the check-in was fine, that before check-out we have not seen or spoken. He was also not accessible and did not respond to messages we sent him about it ... later check-out what we wanted. The 2nd bathroom with the "walk-in shower" had a very bad drain. Within 2 minutes, there...
