    • A two bedroom apartment in the Gothic Quarter. The building itself is more than 100 years old but the façade, stairwell and the apartment were renovated in November 2003. The main bedroom as shown in the photo has two single beds and the second room also has two singles. Both rooms have their own t.v there is also a DVD, a streo system and wifi internet connection in the apartment. The kitchen and bathroom have been redecorated and airconditioning / heating installed. The real feature of the apartment is the terrace, there is direct access to it from the apartment. There is also an apartment next door, ref 197322 on our website that also has access to the terrace but each apartment has their own tables and chairs and from the terrace you have some of the best views over Barcelona´s Gothic Quarter. The apartments are rented separately but are ideal for groups.
      The apartment is just behind Plaza Real, one of Barcelona´s most famous sqares with lots of popular resturantes and bars. Las Rabmlas are about a minute on foot where you can see all the street performers and enjoy a drink on one of its many outdoor cafe´s.The drawback to the apartment is that it´s on the fifth floor without a lift and as it is so central, over the weekend there are many people in the area and the streets can be left quite dirty.
