A one bedroom attic apartment in the Gothic Quarter. This apartment is located in the fifth floor of a building (whithout lift) with more than 100 years old but the facade, stairwell and the apartment were renovated in November 2003.
The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, kitchen and in the living room there is a sofa bed that can accommodate two more people. The apartment is exterior, it is fully equipped and it has air conditioning / heating installed and wifi internet connection. The real feature of the apartment is the terrace, which can be accessed via some stairs. There is also an apartment next door, ref 196322 on our website that also has access to the terrace but each apartment has their own tables and chairs and from the terrace you have some of the best views over Barcelona´s Gothic Quarter.
The apartments are rented separately but are ideal for groups. The apartment is just behind Plaza Real, one of Barcelona´s most famous sqares with lots of popular resturantes and bars. Las Rabmlas are about a minute on foot where you can see all the street performers and enjoy a drink on one of its many outdoor cafe´s.ExtrasFor arrivals after 21.00hrs, the landlady charges a supplement of 30€. -

Wenn die Terrasse wie in diesem Fall keinen direkten Zugang von der Wohnung aus hat, sollte dies in der Beschreibung transparent gemacht werden. Die Terrasse ist in einem schlechten Zustand (Bodenplatten, Müll) und hat zwar einen Sonnenschirmständer aber keinen Schirm!

Location was very nice -- in the center of La Rambla. If I'll choose the next time, I'll pick something a bit more off center -- too much croud around :) Nevertheless quiet enough. Rooms were ok, with one disadvantage: 6th floor with no elevator.

She was very helpful and so smiling face. We did not face any problem with her. So polite and se was very kindly. In our case, we need to go back to our country 1 day early. I requested 1 day amount back. She payed to me a small amount to me. I think, life is really difficiult in Spain. :-) Oh-Barcelona has very good design for finding your needs as flat. Thanks to all developer friends.
