Fifth floor apartment with terrace in Barcelona

We were thrilled! Excellent! Very friendly landlady and her ideal of the facilities and the location!

Wir waren begeistert! Hervorragend! Sehr freundliche Vermieterin und auch von der Ausstattung und der Lage her einfach ideal!

The apartment was not very clean. The bathroom is missing any storage space. The shower was very unclean. The mustard color on the walls should be changed.

Das Appartement war nicht sehr sauber. Im Badezimmer fehlen jegliche Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Dusche war sehr unsauber. Die Senffarbe an den Wänden sollte geändert werden.

On the 5th and last floor with beautiful terrace, as shown in the picture, but on the top floor through the stairwell.Otherwise very dark and without a view, except on the walls of nearby houses. It probably is an advantage when it is very hot. Sheets and clothes super clean and very comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Au dernier et 5e étage avec superbe terrasse, comme sur la photo, mais à l'étage supérieur en passant par la cage d'escalier. Sinon très sombre et sans aucune vue, sauf sur les murs des maisons voisines. C'est probablement un avantage lorsqu'il fait très chaud. Draps et linges super propres et canapé-lit très confortable au salon.

Very excellent position, right in the centre of the city. Very nice terrace upstairs. The fornitures in the apartment are quite good. Maybe I would not recommend it in cold winters.

The space is barely adequate, that uncomfortable, very cramped bathroom \"Living room\". The roof terrace in poor structural condition and only to use when one has nothing against the odors from the exhaust and air conditioning units, fitted directly next to the terrace.

Das Raumangebot ist gerade noch ausreichend, das "Wohnzimmer" ungemütlich, Bad sehr beengt. Die Dachterasse in schlechtem baulichen Zustand und nur zu benutzen, wenn man nichts gegen die Gerüche aus den Abluft und Klimageräten hat, die direkt neben der Terasse angebracht sind.

Great apartment in a super location. Nice contact person. Apartment could use a refresh again. Slightly used. Terrace with sensational views over the rooftops of Barcelona great.

Tolle Wohnung an einer Superlage. Nette Kontaktperson. Wohnung könnte mal wieder einen Refresh gebrauchen. Etwas abgewohnt. Terrase toll mit sensationeller Sicht über Dächer von Barcelona.

In the bedroom is no air conditioning (only in the living room, where also a sofa bed is available), so that it can be very hot in the summer, directly under the roof. Otherwise everything appropriate.

Im Schlafzimmer ist keine Klimaanlage (nur im Wohnzimmer, wo allerdings auch eine Schlafcouch steht), sodass es im Hochsommer direkt unter dem Dach doch sehr heiß werden kann. Ansonsten alles zweckmäßig.

It is very nice to visit Barcelona by bike, only the person who rented us the apartment did not the key of the local bike; and we had pbs with the neighbours leaving bikes ds hall: therefore imperatively require a key of the local!The apartment would need to be a little rafraichi everything is a bit... old-fashioned and Usela terrace is not usable at night because there is the smell of frying restaurants dating by the chimneys, she also would need d \' be renovated! 

c' est très agréable de visiter Barcelone à vélo, seulement la personne qui nous a loué l'appartement n'avait pas la clé du local à vélo;et nous avons eu des pbs avec les voisins en laissant les vélos ds le hall : donc impérativement exiger une clé du local!! L'appartement aurait besoin ...d' être un peu rafraichi tout y est un peu vieillot et usé La terrasse n' est pas utilisable le soir car il y a les odeurs de friture des restaurants qui remontent par les cheminées, elle aussi aurait besoin d 'être rénovée!!
