Duplex apartment with terrace in Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter

L'appartement est super bien situé et très bien agencé avec un grand salon et sa terrasse sur les toits. Il permet d'accéder facilement à tous les bons spots de barcelone. La place sur laquelle il donne est vraiment agréable de jour comme de nuit (3 petits bars avec terrasses et voisinage local super cool ... on se sent barcelonais). Idéal pour faire la fête en plein quartier gotic et proche de el born, el raval et barceloneta ! L'appart est situé dans un vieil immeuble typique possédant beaucoup de charme. Cependant il est un peu humide et il y a une odeur désagréable persistante ! Dans la chambre un grand lit double serait appréciable. Appart à recommander à tous ceux qui cherchent une parfaite immersion dans la vie barcelonaise ;)

The owner confirms that due to this being a building in the old Gothic quarter of town, the moisture problem cannot be avoided when it rains. Meanwhile, the apartment has heating to provide comfort and warmth for the clients during their stay. The apartment also has a space for hanging clothes on the terrace. The landlord confirms that he has fixed the two plugs that were broken.

En el piso habia un olor malo asi que tuvimos que mantener la ventanas abiertas. A parte de este problema buena ubicacion y confortable.

Un peu decu car je pensais qu'il y avait deux chambres.

1; Die Klimaanlage hat im Wohnzimmer nicht funktioniert. Es gab aber elektrische Heizkörper in der Wohnung, die wir allerdings in unserer Abwesenheit nicht einschalten trauten. Deswegen war die Temperatur nach unserer Rückkehr aus der Stadt anfangs immer frischer. 2; Auf 4 Personen gab es nur 3 Messer.

This is a great apartment but something has to be done regarding the smell coming out of the toilet (reflux from the sewers?) Made a first reservation through the site that was canceled because the room was not available. A deposit in EUR was debited from my credit card and later refunded in EUR to my credit card. But as this was not done as a cancellation of the first transaction but as 2 separate transactions, I lost a couple of AUD (EUR got weaker against the AUD and I had to pay a currency exchange fee from my bank for the first transaction) due to no fault of my own...

OH has apologised for the cancellation of the first apartment, it was an exceptional case. Regarding the recovery of bank charges, OH has refunded the money to the client.

Beaucoup d'odeurs désagréables et très humide. Divan lit plus ou moins confortable. Évacuation de l'eau dans la douche déficiente.Les murs seraientt à repeindre surtout salle de toilette, très sale... Toutefois la location est parfaite.La personne contact très disponible et très bon français.

Le propriétaire confirme prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires pour assurer la qualité et le bon état de son appartement.

Ist eine Sommer-Wohnung und nicht für im Winter empfohlen. War trotz Heizung kalt und am Morgen tropte es von der Decke herunter. Ansonsten nette, heimelige Wohnung mit viel Charme.
