Duplex apartment with terrace in Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter

Eine tolle, saubere und super gelegene Wohnung für Junge und Junggebliebene. Das abenteuerliche Treppenhaus passt zur Umgebung. Sehr netter Empfang durch S. Es dürfte etwas mehr WC-Papier vorhanden sein ;-). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Appartment. Die Dachterrasse ruft danach, ein bißchen gestaltet zu werden und über ein wenig mehr Toilettenpapier werden sich auch nachfolgende Gäste freuen.

When it rains water comes into the apartment through the ceiling and around the upper patio doors. This causes mold and mildew, which you can smell throughout the apartment. After I sent an email about the water leakage, someone came that day to help clean it up.

The place puzzaba in various parts. Squalido and expensive for what it offered. Never more there.

A great, clean accommodation for the young and young at heart! We have felt we immediately comfortable and (on) native, what had to do well with nice reception by Silvia. The narrow, steep stairs to the apartment fits with the old House, only that at the apartment no light switch for the staircase ...resides, is somewhat strange. Fürs WC we had taken a room spray as a precaution, and partly he was necessary, partly not. Living and sleeping area are cosy (according to the photos, hard mattresses and ok) everywhere there are shutters, kitchen ok (bring lobe). Only the roof terrace should something inviting designed and be somewhat comfortable with the seating - we enjoyed it nevertheless. Easily, air conditioner quiet modern Internet access. 

Eine tolle, saubere Unterkunft für Junge und Junggebliebene! Wir haben uns sofort wohl und (ein-)heimisch gefühlt, was sicherlich auch mit dem netten Empfang durch Silvia zu tun hatte. Die enge und steile Treppe zur Wohnung passt zum alten Haus, einzig dass sich bei der Wohnung kein Lichtschalter ...für das Treppenhaus befindet, ist etwas eigenartig. Fürs WC hatten wir vorsorglich einen Raumspray mitgenommen, teils war er nötig, teils nicht. Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind gemütlich (den Fotos entsprechend, Matratzen hart und ok) überall gibt es Rollläden, die Küche ok (Lappen mitbringen). Lediglich die Dachterrasse dürfte etwas einladender gestaltet und die Sitzgelegenheiten etwas gemütlicher sein - wir haben sie aber trotzdem genossen. Internetzugang problemlos, Klimaanlage modern + ruhig.
