Gute Wohnung an sich, das Mobiliar ist etwas abgewohnt. Das sah auf den Fotos besser aus. Sehr gut gelegen, man kann alles gut erreichen. Die Kontaktperson war Klasse, mit all den Tipps über Barcelona, die er uns gegeben hat.

O. a fait du très bon travail. Très accueillant, serviable, flexible et souriant. Vraiment très heureux de l'avoir rencontrer. Le fait de nous avoir permis de laisser nos bagages à l'agence fut aussi très utile. Merci. Le service de l'agence fut parfait. La seule note un peu négative fut la propreté de l'appartement qui laissait à désirer.

Appartment was very nice in every aspect except one, the AC was not working. Because of that it got very hot in the appartment even during nights. Also the cable-tv was not always working, some issues with the cable. Other than that it was a great apparment suitable for 2 couples and 2 single people, ie 6 people in total. The guide was very good and had a lot of information about Barcelona to share, very nice. The guide was really, really, really good! He guided us to the appartment and also he was also able to handle our check-in even thought it was outside the check-in window.
Oh-barcelona:
The owner confirms that he has fixed the problem with the air conditioning and reviewed the performance of the television.

Bit disappointed that description stated air conditioning and this was only an old unit in the lounge and not the bedrooms where noisy fans had to be used. Other than this apartment was clean and adequate for our needs.
