Tastefully decorated studio apartment near Sagrada Familia

Great apartment and location. Very well equipped and comfortable, has everything you could need including maps and Barcelona information. Very friendly and helpful contact person.

The apartment was perfect and fully furnished. You should really bring anything from home with. Everything was available from towels to olive oil. The location is very central. The contact person very nice, even though the agreement was rather difficult.It will be difficult to find a better ...apartment.The only suggestion would be that the landlord buys perhaps a few new mattresses. The comfort of the beds does not match the perfection of the remaining flat. 

Die Wohnung war perfekt und komplett eingerichtet. Man muss wirklich nichts von zuhause mitbringen. Von Handtüchern bis Olivenöl war alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen zentral. Die Kontaktperson sehr nett, auch wenn die Verständigung etwas schwierig war. Es dürfte schwierig werden, ...eine besser Wohnung zu finden. Die einzige Anregung wäre, dass der Vermieter vielleicht einmal ein paar neue Matratzen kauft. Die Bequemlichkeit der Betten passt nicht zur Perfektion der restlichen Wohnung. 

Excellent apartment, everything you need for a long weekend or a week or two in the city. It's pretty much a 15min walk in a straight line to the start of the beach or the center of town depending which way you walk. That said make the most of the T-10 multi-user/trip tickets to get around when it's... just too hot! (its only a block from the sagrada familia stop) There were a range of consumables left for us too (fabric softener, washing up liquid etc) So we only really had to stock the fridge. The representatives were extremely helpful and polite and if I had to find any faults all I could think of would be the the odd scratch/worn edge in kitchen and the fact the view from the balcony is not the best though it was still nice enough on such a hot day! Would stay again for sure.  

Our apartment was everything it advertised. Great, convenient location, modern amenities, and comfortable. The apartment doesn't face the street, which makes it possible to sleep at night on such a busy road. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfektes Apartment für alle, die nicht mitten im Trubel wohnen möchten. Balkon mit Abendsonne und einem Blick auf die Turmspitzen der Sagrada. Persönlich eingreichtetes Apartment mit allem was man braucht.

The apartment is comfortable, clean, quiet and located close to services. It was really perfect. We were very well received at the apartment. The manager and the owner have demonstrated flexibility on the time of arrival, which was appreciated. 10/10

Wonderful studio apartment, accurately described. Great layout, tastefully and interestingly decorated, high quality furniture and materials. Extremely clean. Nice small balcony with room for two, with view of interior courtyard and top of the segrada familia. Very convenient to two subway lines, ...one short transfer to get to old town and walking distance from many excellent restaurants. Internet is available through a cellular device, but is a bit expensive at 3 euros/day and if you use more than 1GB of total data there may be an additional charge.
