Sunny apartment located only a few minutes walking from Las Ramblas, the Port area, Colon monument etc...the flat is close to the metro station of Parallel and of the funicular to go to Montjuic. The city beaches are also accessible by metro and you can reach the port on foot, about a 15-20 minute walk.
The apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends as there are three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are twin rooms and there´s one single room. There´s air conditioning in the living room and heating for winter time. There´s a fitted kitchen and bathroom and the apartment is on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator.

l\'appartement était vraiment sale : draps lavés mais tachés, taches aux murs, gros moutons de poussière au sol partout, et surtout, vaisselle sale, cuisine collante ...Lits en mauvais état, lampes cassées. L\'appartement est bien situé, mais sera toujours trop cher compte tenu de la médiocrité des prestations.
