A charming two bedroom apartment, centrally located in Barcelona with a private terrace. The apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a building in Barcelona´s L´Exiample district. There are numerous shops, coffee bars and restuarants near the apartment. The apartment its a ten to 15 minute walk to Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas etc. and there is a metro station as well as bus lines close by.
The apartment has two bedrooms, the main room has a double bed (190 x 135 cm), the second room has a single bed (190 x 90 cm) and a pull out single bed underneath. There´s an equipped kitchen, stylish living room with air conditioning, bathroom and terrace for guests use.

je n'ai pas eu de fiche descriptive détaillée de la composition de l'appartement.Il a fallu que je demande au proprio avant le séjour si le linge de toilette était fourni, je ne savais pas qu'il y avait une machine à laver, je ne savais pas que le ménage n'était pas à faire par moi, etc. Quand je loue un appartement j'ai en général ce type de fiche descriptive complète. Les photos du site mettent presque trop en valeur l'appartement et du coup on est un peu déçus en arrivant car il est un peu viellot mais propre, bien entretenu, les chambres ne donnent pas sur la rue, il y a de vrais volets pour noir complet et ce sont des points très positifs pour moi. Le four traditionnel ne marchait pas. Les poeles sont en piteux état ! Pas de chaîne en français. Proprio à l'écoute, parlant un peu français et donnant des conseils sur la ville ce qui est sympa. l'appartement est bruyant en raison d'un voisin qui joue du piano (très bien au demeurant!) jusqu'à 23 h ! Le même ou un autre ragerde la TV le matin etr rad le soir ce qui s'entend pas mal de la chambre double. L'appartement est plutôt bien situé. le proprio dit pouvoir être souple sur les horaires d'arrivée mais ne l'écrit ni via le site ni lors dec contacts préalables avec moi. Il m'avait proposé de passer changer serviettes de toilette le mardi ce que j'avais refusé vu qu'à l'hôtel ou à la maison je ne les change pas tous les deux jours. il est quand même venu le mercredi à l'heure où nous déjeunions pour changer les serviettes !

Die Wohnung liegt 10 min zu Fuß vom Placa catalunia entfernt und bis in die Altstadt ist es dann auch nicht mehr weit. Nachts absolut ruhig, schönes Historismus/Jugendstilviertel, fußläufig gibt es auch ein sehr nettes Frühstückscafé (in der Parralelstraße Richtung Altstadt). Sehr netter Vermieter, schöne Wohnung, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
