Central, two bedroom apartment in Barcelona

the contact person was very friendly and clearly explained everything about the apartment and the nearby facilities (shops, restaurants etc.) and he had a complete set of maps and information booklets of Barcelona available in the apartment.

Jose was extremely helpful and provided us with very useful information about the closest metro and supermarket and recommendations on where to eat out. He arranged our taxi for our departure and was very reliable in meeting us for check in and check out .

This apartment, in Eixample, is well located, within easy walking distance of the old town, the main Plaza de Catalunya and Sagrada Familia- however, this spot is quiet and residential and offers a welcome respite from busy days of sight seeing. Located on the fifth floor, there are interesting outlooks at the back and front of the apartment. The back looks over a large residential space across to the apartment blocks that are on the surrounding streets. The front, which has a good-sized balcony for dining (we had breakfast and dinner here each day), looks towards the sea, but mostly to a view of the other apartments - at a good height though not to feel hemmed in. There is also plenty of room at the dining table inside for cooler or wet weather. We were welcomed by one of the owners, who patiently look us through all the necessary information for the apartment?s appliances, locks, WiFi etc. as well as advice on how to enjoy Barcelona to the full, safely and securely. He really made us feel welcome and impressed upon us that he was available, by phone, if we needed any assistance, for anything, throughout our stay. Although our stay here was only for 5 days, we were very impressed that the owner arranged to drop by after 3 nights to change the sheets and towels. In summary, our family of two adults and one teenager enjoyed this apartment and would recommend it to others visiting Barcelona.

Appartamento eccellente, situato in una zona centrale, vicinissimo sia alle fermate dell'autobus che a quelle della metropolitana. Ottimo anche per recarsi a piedi in diverse zone d'interesse. il sig. José Maria è stato gentilissimo puntuale e disponibile ad ogni spiegazione. Le sue informazioni sono state utilissime per la permanenza a Barcelona.

The apartment was perfect close to the center. Everything was there. A touch of nostalgia in a typical bacelonese district, which is a correct description. The owner Mr.. J. was very friendly and was a real guide to the first steps in his city. Highly recommended!!

Excellent for all services provided (wi-fi, TV, kitchen supplies, air-conditioning, etc)

Sehr nette Unterkunft in einer ruhigeren Gegend, aber doch sehr zentral. ca. 15 min zu Fuß zum Placa Catalunya. Vor allem der Vermiter war sehr nett, und verläßlich. Hat alles bestens organisiert und erklärt. Würde wieder dort hinfahren.
