Lovely two bedroom apartment in the city center

Quiet area while remaining close to the Center and metro. Very pleasant stay.

Quartier calme tout en restant proche du centre et du métro. Séjour très agréable.

What gem...! The person contact is of such kindness...Well speaking French, upon our arrival at the apartment, we did full circle of places, we indicated the location of the mercados and other stores near the apartment, then sitting on the couch, have ... discussed things and others on the Spain ...and Catalonia...What a beautiful meeting. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, felted, so nice...I habiterais there year-round! What a beautiful view we have of the terrace... It was no uncontradicted, our favorite place. The location is ideal...Just close enough to the centre without the disadvantages (noise and traffic). The Exiample is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful district. We would warmly recommend this apartment. 

Quel bijou...! La Personne contact est d'une telle gentillesse...Parlant bien le français, dès notre arrivée à l'appartement, nous a fait le tour complet des lieux, nous a indiqué l'emplacement des mercados et autres magasins tout près de l'appartement, puis assis sur le canapé, avons ...discuté de choses et d'autres sur l'Espagne et la Catalogne...Quelle belle rencontre. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, feutré, tellement agréable...J'y habiterais à l'année! Quelle belle vue nous avons de la terrasse... Ce fût sans contredits, notre endroit préféré. L'emplacement est idéal...Juste assez proche du centre sans en avoir les inconvénients (bruit et trafic). L'Exiample est, selon moi, l'un des plus beau quartier. Nous recommanderions très chaleureusement cet appartement. 

For just 4day trip this apartment is perfectly located, essentially in a middle of everything you may want to see! It is a bit shaby and quite old fashioned, and not my style at all, but it is comfortable, evrything worked perfectly, Contact person was more then sweet and friendly!

Lovely contact person and us yield many additional and necessary information. The apartment has many details that make you feel like at home, internet, clothing clips, bags for purchase, shopping cart for purchase, salt, sugar, SOAP, toilet paper, roll of ... kitchen, placemats...The terrace is a real luxury

La persona de contacto encantadora y nos dió mucha información adicional y necesaria. El apartamento tiene muchos detalles que te hacen sentir como en casa, internet, pinzas de la ropa, bolsas para la compra, carrito para la compra, sal, azúcar, jabón lavavajillas, papel higiénico, rollo de ...cocina, manteles individuales...La terraza es una auténtico lujo 

Location was within walking of all we wished to see and ticket sales for tours and attractions. Several grocery stores close by and very quiet area and building. Apartment was very cozy with everything we needed but could use some updates and painting. Some new sheets and more towels would have ...been nice, and only a double bed but comfortable. We didn't do much cooking as wanted to experience the local restaurants with inexpensive meals, but kitchen could use a new coffee electric coffee pot. J. was very prompt with communication and was waiting when we arrived and exited at 3:30 a.m. for early flight. Would recommend for two people for short stay. 

My wife and i stayed there for a week. Good location near two metro stations, several supermarkets and restaurants. 10 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya. We found the apartment to be very comfortable, though the beds were a bit small if you are very tall or big (we're average so it was ok). Owner responsive and nice. Recommended.

There was nothing wrong and there was nothing objectionable.

Très bon accueil, propriétaire conciliant sur les horaires. Logement simple. Aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement mais propre. Terrasse très agréable !
