At the bottom on Tibidabo hill this elegant one bedroom apartment forms part of an old Villa. The house has been reformed with the owners dividing it up into apartments and rooms. This particular aparmtent is 42m2 and has a terrace (27m2) . There is a double bed in the bedroom (190x150), bathroom and in the living room there´s a sofa bed (190x140cm), and a little area for cooking. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2004 and there is ADSL connection available with Wifi card.
The Villa is located on Calle Jerico, out of the main part of the city but with easy access to the centre by bus or metro and only 15min. from Placa Catalunya. The nearest metro station is Vall de Hebron, located at about 500m from the house, this line will take you directly to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Accès facile à partir de la 4 voies, mais assez peu de place de parking. Logement agréable, literie confortable, jolie jardin, terrasse agréable mais un peu de bruit de la 4 voies à proximité. Commerces et métro à proximité. Personne de contact sympathique.

Die Wohnung als solche hat uns sehr gefallen, die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Handtuecher wurden grosszuegig gewechselt. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut, man laeuft etwa 10 Minuten zur naechsten Metro, die einen zu den zentralen Stellen von B. bringt. Nachteilig ist, dass die naechsten Lebensmittelgeschaefte fuer die taeglichen Grundnahrungsmittel doch recht weit entfernt sind.

The person who owns the house has been extremely helpful. He speaks several language, has a great personality and is very well connected to the City. The Internet service in the house, the beautiful garden and view of the City made our stay in Barcelona very special. This is a place we can highly recommend to people who are looking for comfort and convience, and a mere Metro stop from Gracia.
