Studio Apartment with  terrace at the base of the Tibidabo, Barcelona

Logement correcte et bien placé mais l'isolation est mauvaise, on entend très bien les voisins et il y a des fuites d'eau qui proviennent d'au-dessus.

Pour les points sur la qualité des informations fournies : Il manquait une description des fournitures de l'appart (Notemment Draps, serviettes, torchons ...) Il n'y avait deux lits simples mais un grand lits, ce qui fut un peu contraignant pour deux personnes, sachant que cela avait était un critère de sélection de l'appart.

Il proprietario di casa è una persona molto disponibile e cordiale. L'appartamento era in condizioni buone con l'essenziale per cucinare e vivere al meglio l'alloggio. Zona periferica ma molto tranquilla. La metro è abbastanza vicina, circa 10 minuti a piedi e molto comoda per raggiungere La Rambla

A nice accommodation with basic furnishing. Internet via WLAN/DSL works excellently. A washing machine and a dryer can be used. The terrace is rather a very narrow yard, but it's fine for having breakfast or working there. The apartment is shadowy, which was ideal in August. The neighbourhood is defnitely not as noisy and stressful as it can be in downtown Barcelona. Metro and bus connections to the city centre are very good. We would recommend this apartment for two to three people who don't expect a luxury environment but just need a good place to sleep. Good value for the price.

Von der Wohnung aus hat man eine super aussicht und sie ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das ist eine tolle Wohnung.

On a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'ensemble des prestations étaient très bon.

Le seul inconvénient a été le taux de nuisance sonore : beaucoup de bruits provenant d'immeuble voisin en construction

petit logement très clair, très agréable avec petite cour pour prendre lees repas dehors, tout y est, le propriétaire très gentil et sympathique ; le quartier très calme en hauteur de Barcelone, station de métro à peine à 10 minutes, également boulangerie, brasserie (pas chère et bien) et petit supermarché à proximité

Eigentlich hatten wir damit gerechnet, dass die Wohnung etwas abgeschieden gelegen wäre. Zu unserer Überraschung stellte es sich ganz anders heraus: in max. 7 min ist man bei der U-Bahn, und noch dazu der besten, weil fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten auf dieser Linie liegen, und man außerdem in 10 min im totalen Zentrum von Barcelona ist.Und die Bushaltestelle erreicht man in 3min. Für uns war die Lage der Wohnung ideal, weil man so schenll überall ist und gleichzeitig in einer ganz ruhigen Gegend wohnt. Genossen haben wir unser tägliches Frühstück im Garten. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sehr, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Vermieter waren sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unsere Woche dort so genossen, dass wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Barcelona diese Wohnung sofort wieder buchen würden. Wir können sie deswegen nur weiterempfehlen.
