Description
A really sunny apartment only 50 metres from the beach at Barceloneta. The building was just renovated in 2004 and is located in the old fisher district Barceloneta. There is a communal used terace which overlooks the sea. The apartment is exterior with two balconies and big windows which allow lots of natural light to come in. It has high ceilings with wooden beams and the flat is laid out with wooden floor. It comes equipped with air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter month. It is an open-plan studio apartment divided in sleeping area with double bed (150x190cm), living area with sofa bed, tv,dvd,table with chairs, and a kitchen which comes fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower unit. Barceloneta is only 10 min. walking from the inner city centre and offers a metro station nearby and several buses to places all over in Barcelona.

Die Lage ist in der Tat perfekt. Die Wohnung ist auch gut sauber. Allerdings haben wir bei Anreise nur eine noch putzende Dame vorgefunden, welche uns den Schlüssel dann ohne Kommentar übergeben hat. Erklärung von Heizung,Klima,Herd, usw. fehlanzeige!!! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert. Allerdings sind die Badleitungen der obermieter direkt am Bett und sehr deutlich hörbar bei WC-Nutzung. Guter Schlaf ist also Fehlanzeige! Mich wundert dass hier noch nicht darüber geschrieben wurde. Aber man kann einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Barcelona verbringen.

L'appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito e funzionale! Vicino a negozi, spiaggia e fermata di autobus (per la metropolitana bisogna camminare 5minuti). La proprietaria si è dimostrata molto gentile e accogliente. L'unica nota negativa è la presenza di "tapparelle" che non oscurano completamente l'appartamento, quindi per chi è abituato a dormire al buio è un pò una scocciatura.

The location is wonderful and the appartment is well apportioned. There was a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the weather was so nice that I did not mind the occassional noise. The landlord is top notch and responsive. This was a fantastic appartment which enabled me to have a wonderful holiday.

Wir waren im April 2007 zu dritt (1 Kind) bestens untergebracht. Das App. ist fantastisch gelegen mit Blick zum Meer, alles wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen. Vermieter sehr entgegenkommend und unkompliziert. Jederzeit wieder ! Besten Dank nochmals auf diesem Wege.

Wohnung war sehr sauber und nett im Ikea-Stil eingerichtet. Lage hervorragend: Meerblick, Zentrum zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Für Barcelona-verhältnisse sehr ruhig.
