Two bedroom apartment nearby the Sagrada Familia

The location directly at the Sagrada Familia is ideal, no matter whether the Metro is used (two Metro stops nearby) or whether to explore Barcelona on foot. The beach (Barcelonetta) as well as the Parc Guell are 45 minutes away walking. The infrastructure ... is optimal, bakeries and a well-stocked ...Mercato in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is very nice, you get with relatively much of the surrounding residential units, once someone in the apartment is.The bedroom is to the street and very well soundproofed, clear until 9 o\'clock in the morning to hear voices from the apartment in. Reside but probably locals who then left the apartment. The adjacent apartment on the same floor was excessively feiernder leased to new year\'s Eve 2012 to a group. The celebration took place acoustically practically in our apartment! The contact person (the owner of the apartment) was very cooperative. To pass of the apartment he had appeared over time also on departure he was present before the agreed date. In the meantime any questions were answered by telephone timely, friendly and competent. 

Die Lage direkt bei der Sagrada Familia ist optimal, egal ob die Metro benutzt wird (zwei U-Bahnstationen in unmittelbarer Nähe) oder ob Barcelona zu Fuß erkundet werden soll. Sowohl der Strand (Barcelonetta) als auch der Parc Guell sind in 45 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Infrastruktur ...ist optimal, Bäckereien und ein gut sortierter Mercato in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist allerdings sehr hellhörig, man bekommt von den umliegenden Wohneinheiten relativ deutlich mit, sobald jemand in der Wohnung ist. Das Schlafzimmer ist zur Straße hin sehr gut schallisoliert, von der Wohnung darüber sind bis 9 Uhr morgens allerdings deutlich Stimmen zu hören. Dort wohnen aber wohl Einheimische, die anschließend die Wohnung verlassen. Die angrenzende Wohnung auf dem selben Stockwerk war an Sylvester 2012 an eine Gruppe exzessiv feiernder vermietet. Die Feier fand akustisch praktisch direkt in unserer Wohnung statt! Die Kontaktperson (der Eigentümer der Wohnung) war sehr kooperativ. Zur Übergabe der Wohnung war er überpünktlich erschienen auch bei der Abreise war er vor dem vereinbarten Zeitpunkt anwesend. Zwischenzeitlich auftretenden Fragen wurden telefonisch zeitnah, freundlich und kompetent beantwortet.  

Overall, the apt was pleasant and in a convenient location near sagrada familia. Most amenities were present in the apt. What I did not like was paying the balance by cash, and the security deposit. All this should be payable via credit card. The owner was also not too flexible with late checkout. ...We had to clear out at 11am and waited at airport for our flight at 4plus pm.  

The visit has again us really liked - like!Only a few points (which may be to change are not of the lessor) are missing after our taste up to an extra asterisk:-the apartment is very small. The wall in the bedroom is thicker though something, yet you hear the alarm clock of the neighbours and also ...(nächtl.) Talks on international are good to get. - Unfortunately are the Windows in the living room single glazing only, so that you get to hear the noise of the busy road in the home. - for us would have even more thoroughly cleaned are can: can we live with crumbs in drawers, dust bins and spotty set mats, but not like that. :) - Shower is very narrow with estimated 30 cm. 

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen - gerne wieder! Lediglich ein paar Punkte (die evtl. nicht vom Vermieter zu verändern sind) fehlen nach unserem Geschmack bis zum Extra-Sternchen: - Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Die Wand im Schlafzimmer ist zwar etwas dicker, dennoch hört man die ...Wecker der Nachbarn und auch (nächtl.) Gespräche auf Zimmerlautstärke sind gut mitzubekommen. - Leider sind die Fenster im Wohnzimmer nur einfachverglast, sodass man den Lärm der vielbefahrenen Straße in der Wohnung sehr zu hören bekommt. - Für unseren Geschmack hätte noch gründlicher geputzt werden können: Mit Krümeln in Schubladen, Staub auf Mülleimern und fleckigen Set-Deckchen können wir leben, mögen das aber nicht. :) - Der Dusch-Einstieg ist mit geschätzten 30 cm sehr schmal. 

Excellent location, very close to Sagrada and access to public transport. There is everything you need.

Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla Sagrada e all'accesso ai trasporti pubblici. C'è tutto quello che serve.

Apartment in good condition, well located with air conditioning. Pleasant to live. Contact quality with the owner.

We have 2 boys of 19 years and we went to Barcelona to hear a concert.Arrived at the airport we took a taxi and we found ourselves stranded in the middle of a massive protest, so we take long but the owner who was not so kind as first thing asked us immediately the 25 euro for the delay. On the day ...of departure we asked if she could keep the luggage and wanted other 25 euros at that point the suitcase we brought with us wandering around the city and we were a long time on a bench.Should not be given a claim but an aid to us young people. Siamo 2 ragazzi di 19 anni e ci siamo recati a Barcellona per ascoltare un concerto.Arrivati in aeroporto abbiamo preso un taxi e ci siamo trovati bloccati nel mezzo di una imponente manifestazione di protesta, dunque abbiamo tardato ma il proprietario che non era poi tanto gentile come prima cosa ...ci ha chiesto subito i 25 euro per il ritardo. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo chiesto se poteva tenerci il bagaglio e voleva altri 25 euro a quel punto la valigia l'abbiamo portato con noi girovagando per la città e siamo stati parecchio tempo su una panchina.Non doveva essere certo una pretesa ma un aiuto ai noi giovani. Eravamo in due e gli asciugamani erano solo uno grande e uno medio. Tommaso Mastrodicasa e Raouf Boutrosghali.

tutto abbastanza corrispondente alle aspettative: solo la cameretta piccola (proprio piccolina) aveva la finestra su un cavedio, quindi no luce e nolto calda, senza posisbilità di areazione. Bella però la sala ampia e vivibile. buono il resto. buona l'ubicazione, non centrale ma comoda alla Sacrada Familia e alla metro

If you are looking for a quietly situated apartment then this is not for you. Fortunately the main bedroom which looks out to a main road had windows that were double-glazed, which helped. The flat what very clean and provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
