The apartment is fully equipped with living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one with two single beds (90x190) and another one with a single bed and an additional extra bed. The bathroom has a shower and from the terrace you have good views over Barcelona´s Gothic Quarter. It is situated 80 meters from the cathedral in the old gothic part of Barcelona´s city centre, which is famous for its small streets, cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping facilities from little designers to big department stores. A short three minutes walk takes you to the Ramblas.
The carefully decorated apartment creates a warm atmosphere and has everything you need to enjoy a nice stay in Barcelona. The terrace is the ideal place to experience the nice mediterranian air and calm besides the bustling city. The building has a lift and the apartment includes air conditioning, washing machine, iron, iron board, tv, DVD, hairdryer, toaster and microwave. The location is perfect to experience and discover Barcelona. Many sights can be visited by foot and there are several metro lines and buses nearby which will take you to Gaudi´s Parc Güell , Tibidabo or the beach, among many others.
Notes: The landlady will only accept people aged over 35 years or if they are a family.

Getting there

The appartment was really good but the 3rd bed was broken and the shower curtain in the bathroom was mouldy - but we were really satisfied with the location. Although description how to find the appartment was not sufficient - a detailed map would be great!! Thanks for the good service
