This fully equipped apartment has a spacious living and dining area, two balconies, two bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional sofa bed. It’s located almost in front of the town hall of the popular district of Sants, next to the local market and just a few metres away from the Plaza Espanya and Plaza de Sants. Both of these squares are important transport hubs within the city.
From the Hostafrancs metro station (red line, line 1), it’s very easy to reach the city centre – in 10 minutes you’ll be in Placa Catalunya and the start of the Ramblas. It’s also within easy distance of the gardens of Montjuic, where international trade fairs and the most important commercial events are held.
The apartment’s décor creates a warm, inviting atmosphere, and all home amenities are included to ensure guests have a great stay in Barcelona. Covering a floor space of 65m2, the space is accessible and practical. It has a modern lift, air conditioning, a fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Clean and nice and spacious apartment, but there were not enough glasses and tea cups for apartment this size (5 persons), also missing a coffee machine.

Thanks for the apartment. Only things we think could be improved would be ensuring that the windows at the back can lock, that there are 4 wine glasses (!) and a cafateire. Otherwise it all worked fine.

Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig, Metro und Busse sind sehr gut in max. 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war super sauber, bedarf allerdings eines neuen Anstrichs und kleinerer Renovierungen. Wir würden sie dann sofort wieder buchen. Unsere Kontaktperson war sehr freundich und zuverlässig. Wir konnten nach Absprache schon früh am Morgen in unser Appartement, so dass wir die Koffer nicht herumschleppen mussten.

Es un apartamento que esta en un lugar muy accesible. Cera de lae stación de tren de Sants unos 5 mnu y en frente de la parada de metro. Eso sí se oye el ruido del metro pero si uno está cansado, una vez que se duerme ni se entera. Hay de todo en el aparatamento. las camas son un poco pequeñas y ruidosas, pero la casa en general es acogedora.
