Magnificant apartment with terrace/ garden in the middle of the city. It comes equipped with air condition, dish washer, washing machine, oven, microwave, TV, Video, and CD.
In the first floor there is the complete kitchen, a dining room which can be modified into two rooms with a sofa bed (140x190cm) on the one side, and a separate toilette. From this floor you can enter the garden/terrace of 80m² with table and chairs and plants. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x190cm)and wardrobe, and bedroom with two single beds of (90x190cm) as well with wardrobe.
Furthermore, there is a complete bathroom with bathtube. The rooms have wooden floor.
The apartment is situated in the Raval and therefore very central and ideal to visit the city. The Ramblas are not far away and the metro station San Antony gives access to public transport to visit other parts of the city, e.g. Sagrada Familia or the Montjuic and its cable car.

Extras
The landlady offers a parking space at an extra charge of 15 Euros per night.
For arrivals between 22.00hrs and 07.00hrs there is a supplement of 20€ to be paid directly to the owner on arrival.

While we couldn't fault the actual accomodation,the area is not the best. We had been warned about pickpockets but not about wearing jewellery, violently attacked outside apartment to obtain necklace, pushed to the ground and dragged until necklace broke.Left very shaken and frightened, didn't leave apartment again unless we had taxi at the gate to pick us up and drop us off. Got taxi driver to check if there was anyone lurking around before we would leave taxi. When we went to Police station it was a real eye opener, every minute some other misfortunate tourist came in who had been either robbed or attacked. Very bad experience in Barcelona

Es wird Zeit, dass es zu Erneuerungen in der 80er Jahre Wohnung kommt, denn selbst wenn sie zwar einigermaßen sauber war, sah sie nicht ganz so aus. Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos, im Detail liegt das Problem. Der faire Preis für Barcelona-Verhältnisse in Zentrumsnähe war letztlich unser Wohlfühlfaktor.

Très bien, superbe appartement, bien placé. Si il fait beau la terrasse est un vrai plus. Possibilité de réserver une place de parking directement dans la résidence.

Very nice flat, very clean. The bed in the second bedroom was only for kids, so a little bit small for me :) Very nice and clean flat. Not very noisy, especially in this central area.

Cet appartement, très bien situé et joliment décoré, agrémenté d'une terrasse en plein centre ville, est très calme, spacieux et clair. Son emplacement permet de faire beaucoup de visites à pied, et de venir se reposer entre deux grandes ballades. L'accueil est vraiment charmant (merci V. !).
