Description
Magnificant apartment with terrace/ garden in the middle of the city. It comes equipped with air condition, dish washer, washing machine, oven, microwave, TV, Video, and CD.
In the first floor there is the complete kitchen, a dining room which can be modified into two rooms with a sofa bed (140x190cm) on the one side, and a separate toilette. From this floor you can enter the garden/terrace of 80m² with table and chairs and plants. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x190cm)and wardrobe, and bedroom with two single beds of (90x190cm) as well with wardrobe.
Furthermore, there is a complete bathroom with bathtube. The rooms have wooden floor.
The apartment is situated in the Raval and therefore very central and ideal to visit the city. The Ramblas are not far away and the metro station San Antony gives access to public transport to visit other parts of the city, e.g. Sagrada Familia or the Montjuic and its cable car.

Comfortable apartment located near the Ramblas with shops nearby.A little \"colorful\" district but not sense of insecurity.Too bad that there is a dog barking in the neighbouring apartment.
Appartement confortable situé prés des Ramblas avec commerces à proximité. Quartier un peu "coloré" mais pas de sentiment d'insécurité. Dommage qu'il y ait un chien qui aboie dans l'appartement voisin.

It was perfect for us, because the Metro is just 2 minutes away. The Rambla is just 10 minutes on foot. That could have been no better. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It was there everything what you need. For late it would be the Church nothing, because in the ... same street and is ...rung :-) from 8 o\'clock in the morning It didn\'t bother us. The terrace is beautiful and nicely prepared. However, it lies to the north side and we had only noon sun. Since we were much on the road, it was not relevant for us. With the Metro, the beach is accessible to 3 stations. We were all in all really pleased.
Es war für uns optimal, da die Metro nur 2 Minuten entfernt liegt. Zur Rambla sind es gerade mal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich. Es war alles da, was man so braucht. Für Langschläfer wäre sie nichts, da die Kirche sich in der ...gleichen Straße befindet und ab 8 Uhr morgens wird geläutet :-) Uns hat es nicht gestört. Die Terasse ist schön groß und nett hergerichtet. Allerdings liegt sie zur Nordseite und wir hatten nur mittags Sonne. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, war es für uns nicht relevant. Mit der Metro ist der Strand über 3 Stationen erreichbar. Alles in allem waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden.
