Duplex with a nice terrace in the Raval area

Everything very clean and modern, own privae terrace on the ground floor to the courtyard, good overall facilities, only a few small imperfections which hardly the speech are worth (aufqeullende door frame in the bathroom, some hooks missing...Location: very central in Raval, the Kreuzberg (berlin) ...by Barcelona Rambla Raval 3 min, 3 min to Metro (Sant Antoni), 10 minutes to Las Ramblas (Central promenade and SpaßmeileTrotz of\'s central location is the apartment absolutely quiet, an entertaining BeO (Impressionist) in the yard and at a barking dog... 

Alles sehr sauber und modern, eigene privae Terasse parterre zum Hof, Insgesamt gute Ausstattung, nur wenige kleine Mängel die kaum der rede wert sind (aufqeullende Türzarge im Bad, einige Haken fehlen... Lage: sehr zentral in Raval, dem Kreuzberg (berlin) von Barcelona 3 min zur Rambla Raval, 3... min zur Metro (Sant Antoni), 10 min zu den Ramblas (zentrale Flanier- und Spaßmeile Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung absolut ruhig, ein unterhaltsamer Beo (Stimmenimitator) im Hof und ab und zu ein bellender Hund.. 

Really pleased with the apartment. Only issue was the sliding door to the terrace didn't lock properly, but with the metal shutters this wasn't an issue. Possibly could do with more pillows.

It liked us very well and we can recommend it only each. We were also very nice received and because we had very early on Sunday morning started, was from Mrs V. helped us to organise a taxi. Thank you also for this again

Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen und wir können es nur jedem weiter empfehlen. Wir wurden auch sehr nett empfangen und da wir sehr früh sonntags morgens los mussten, wurde uns von Frau V. geholfen, ein Taxi zu organisieren. Auch hierfür nochmals vielen Dank

very nice and quiet accommodation. Very nice and uncomplicated owners. The facilities of the kitchen could be improved somewhat (towels, tea pot, grater, wooden spoon,...)Would rent it again at any time

sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte noch etwas verbessert werden (Küchenhandtücher, Teekanne, Reibe, Kochlöffel...) Würde es jederzeit wieder mieten

Unbelievable that a home can be so quiet and shielded, if it is at the same time in the Centre - simply gorgeous!

Unglaublich, dass eine Wohnung so ruhig und abgeschirmt sein kann, wenn sie gleichzeitig mitten im Zentrum liegt - Einfach traumhaft!

Good and quiet location, kitchen had everything we needed. P. and J. were very helpful and nice. Beds could have been a bit more comfortable though;

We had a really enjoyable stay here - perfect for a short break. Accomodation was as expected through the website and other users comments. A little noise one night from one of the adjoining apartments but otherwise surprisingly quiet considering its central location. Easy walking distance to San... Antony metro and plenty of local shops for provisions. Virginia was there to meet us when we arrived and turned up promptly as pre-arranged for our departure. Would highly recommend the apartment as a central base for exploring the city.
