Two bedroom apartments close Plaza Espanya in Barcelona

A very pleasant, clean and well furnished apartment in an ideal location: in a quiet side street, yet very central location. The owners very friendly and helpful. It was the perfect base for a beautiful holiday in Barcelona.

Eine sehr angenehme, saubere und gut eingerichtete Wohnung in idealer Lage: in ruhiger Seitenstraße und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war der perfekte Stützpunkt für einen schönen Barcelona-Urlaub.

Very centrally located, Metro, bus ect. Shopping possibility. Everything was very well only the cleanliness of the entire apartment left to be desired.Mr A. was on time and very friendly information passed on to us.Also with the booking, all went well we liked it it was centrally located.Sincerely Mrs Verena Schelbert

Sehr zentral gelegen Metro , Bus ect. Einkaufs möglichkeit. War alles bestens nur die Sauberkeit der gesamten Wohnung liess zu wünschen übrig. Herrn A. war pünktlich und sehr freundlich gab Infos an uns weiter. Auch mit der Buchung hat alles geklappt Es hat uns gefallen es war zentral ...gelegen. contactperson informed me by phone he would not be there himself but an neighbour would hand me the keys. Appartment was OK but we missed airconditioning since it was very hot when we(2 adults and two kids ) stayed there.Beds where somewhat small for the two adults.

The comuns of this apartment were not very beautiful, the apartment in the photos appears as lmoderne but it is rather sober and former. The TV is small and very old and we have had problems with hot water during our stay. The person of contact however was friendly and helped us.

Les comuns de cet appartement n'étaient pas très beaux, l'appartement sur les photos apparait comme lmoderne mais il est assez sobre et ancien. Le téléviseur est petit et très ancien et nous avons eu des problèmes d'eau chaude pendant notre séjour. La personne de contacte par contre était aimable et nous a aidé.

Cher client, OH a pris en compte et vous remercie pour vous commentaires. Le propriétaire confirme avoir réparé le problème d’eau chaude et maintenant tout fonctionne correctement.

Great location for metro is 100 metres away. The apartment is devoroso even though the building is quite old and poorly maintained. Neighbors with children quite noisy. No air conditioning but in the period of June during the night was not necessary.

Ottima posizione per gli spostamenti, la metro è a 100 metri di distanza. L'appartamento è devoroso anche se il palazzo è alquanto vetusto e mal tenuto. Vicini di casa con bambini alquanto rumorosi. Niente climatizzatore ma nel periodo di giugno durante la notte non era necessario.

The apartment is very conveniently located (Placa Espanya, bus from the airport), away from the main road, all shopping facilities. Very hot in the summer, since no air conditioning. Apartment clean, everything exists, is large enough for 3 people, 4 also ok. Staircase, run-down narrow stairs, 3rd ...floor. Hellhörig, already noisy with open Windows, is quiet after midnight. Current site opposite. German landlords. We were satisfied and would come back. 

Das Appartement liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig (Placa Espana, Bus vom Flughafen), abseits der Hauptverkehrsstrasse, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Im Hochsommer sicher sehr heiß, da keine Klimaanlage. Wohnung sauber, alles vorhanden, groß genug für 3 Personen, für 4 auch ok. Treppenhaus ...heruntergekommen, enge Treppe, 3. Stock. Hellhörig, bei offenen Fenstern schon laut, nach Mitternacht wirds ruhig. Aktuell Baustelle gegenüber. Deutsche Vermieter. Wir waren zufrieden und würden wiederkommen. 

This apartment has been the situation in our eyes, really just fine. Very close to the place de la España (with buses and trains to reach), small shops such as: a bakers, a butchers and a fish shop are only 1-2 streets away. The next market is also only 5 minutes away. Of course the water and plays... of light before the National Gallery (4 minutes), as well as the arena in place de la España with a free and wonderful views of the city are recommended. 

Dieses Appartement ist von der Lage her, in unseren Augen, wirklich prima. Ganz in der Nähe vom Place de la Espana (mit Bus und Bahn gut zu erreichen), kleine Geschäfte wie: ein Bäcker, ein Fleischer und ein Fischgeschäft sind nur 1-2 Straßen entfernt. Die nächste Markthalle ist auch nur 5 ...Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen sind natürlich die Wasser- und Lichtspiele vor der Nationalgalerie (4 Minuten) sowie die Arena am Place de la Espana mit einem kostenlosen und traumhaften Blick über die Stadt. 

Well, apartment very clean and well located near the Place of Spain. The contact person is very nice. There were some docs on Barcelona. A small detail but which was not disturbed: the stairwell is in poor condition but once arrived to the apartment is another world! 09/10 Score.

Très bien, appartement très propre et bien situé près de la Place d'Espagne. La personne de contact est très sympa. Il y avait des docs sur Barcelone. Un petit détail mais qui ne nous a pas dérangé: la cage d'escaliers est en mauvais état mais une fois arrivés à l'appartement c'est un autre monde! Note globale de 09/10.
