Description
The apartment is one of a group of ten located in a building right in the historic centre of Barcelona. The apartment block was originally built at the turn of the 20th Century and has been carefully reformed, restoring the orginal features such as the red marble in the entrance and adding the modern touch of an elevator. The apartment is within easy walking distance of some of Barcelona's most famous sights; Las Ramblas, the Santa Maria del Mar church – a jewel of gothic art, the Picasso Musuem and the Cathedral.
This apartment consists of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath tube (shower incorporated) and three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a twin room with two individual beds, the others are single rooms. There is the possibility to put in a fold up bed for a fifth person. All the rooms including the living room are exterior. The apartment has a 21" t.v, with international channels via satellite, there is also optional WIFI internet connection (computer not provided) and a telephone.

Extras
If you are travelling with infants (under 2 years) you are obliged to rent a cot for the baby. There is a charge of 6€ per night to cover the cost of the cot, bed linen, blankets and facilities provided for the baby.
For late arrivals to the apartment (after 23.00hrs) there is a charge of 20€.
Neither of the above charges are included in the price shown below, they are to be paid directly to the landlord on the day of arrival.
A parking is available with an extra charge of 25€/day.

Getting there

Very good situated in the city; close to the port, the beach, the city center, zoo and Metro. Quit at night and very clean and comfortable appartement. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

superzentrale Lage in der Fussgängerzone, daher aber auch etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht. Wir haben uns als Familie dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Klimanlagen war tip top in Ordnung. Reichlich WC-Papier, Hand- und Duschtücher, auch an Geschirrspülmittel, Schwamm und sogar an Zucker, Salz und Olivenöl wurde gedacht. Gerne wieder! einwandfreier Service
