The apartment is one of a group of ten located in a building right in the historic centre of Barcelona. The apartment block was originally built at the turn of the 20th Century and has been carefully reformed, restoring the orginal features such as the red marble in the entrance and adding the modern touch of an elevator. The apartment is within easy walking distance of some of Barcelona's most famous sights; Las Ramblas, the Santa Maria del Mar church – a jewel of gothic art, the Picasso Musuem and the Cathedral.
This apartment consists of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath tube (shower incorporated) and three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a twin room with two individual beds, the others are single rooms. There is the possibility to put in a fold up bed for a fifth person. All the rooms including the living room are exterior. The apartment has a 21" t.v, with international channels via satellite, there is also optional WIFI internet connection (computer not provided) and a telephone.

I have only one word to describe our stay in Barcelona in this apartment: GREAT!The apartment was quite despite its location. The three bedrooms were comfortable. The largest had 2 twin size beds that we pushed one against the other to make one bed. We did not use the kitchen (too may restaurants around) but I could see it was well equipped.

Super central location in the pedestrian zone, therefore but also somewhat noisy until late at night. We have felt us very comfortable there as a family. The Klimanlagen was tip top order. superzentrale Lage in der Fussgängerzone, daher aber auch etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht. Wir haben uns als Familie dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Klimanlagen war tip top in Ordnung. Reichlich WC-Papier, Hand- und Duschtücher, auch an Geschirrspülmittel, Schwamm und sogar an Zucker, Salz und ...Olivenöl wurde gedacht. Gerne wieder! einwandfreier Service
