Barcelona apartment, close to Santa Maria del Mar

Very nice, clean and functional apartment. Very well located, in neighborhood quiet, near a large park, Cathedral, las Ramblas and the Born. Helpful contact person. We will return soon!

The only positive thing the contact person.Definitely my comment will not for nothing, but I will do by word of mouth with other people who decide to go to Barcelona.Only 4 stars Hotel presceglere up, and not to be deceived by the savings. However, the appartment was good functionalities, with ...little air recycling, by taking some disease.But the health service does not exist in Catalunya? 

L'unica cosa di positivo la persona di contatto.Sicuramente il mio commento non servira' a nulla,ma ne faro' di passa parola con altre persone che decideranno di andare a barcellona.Solo di presceglere Hotel da 4 stelle in su ,e di non lasciarsi ingannare dal risparmio.Comunque l'appartamento era ...malodorante,con poco riciclo di aria,da prendere qualche malattia.Ma il servizio igiene non esiste in Catalunia? 

The apartment is very well equipped with its location, very close to the Gothic quarter, the Cathedral, is very good and everything you can visit walking.

El apartamento está muy bien provisto ES muy buena su ubicación , muy cerca del barrio gótico, la Catedral, y todo se puede visitar caminando.

Good contact with the owner of the place, very helpful for submission of bags according to the times of arrival and departure.Apartment in the centre, is close to the Picasso Museum, a 5 minute walk from the metro, restaurant and near bars.Ideal location if you want to enjoy all the amenities.

Bon contact avec le propriétaire des lieux,très arrangeant pour le dépôt des sacs en fonction des heures d'arrivée et de départ. Appartement en plein centre, a deux pas du musée Picasso, a 5min du métro, resto et bars proches.Situation idéale si vous voulez profitez de toutes les commodités.

bathroom very small and not \"nickel\', mold and leaks d \' water.Not very well done cleaning: dust and coffee not emptied (it is not really a coffee maker as it allows to make coffee for a person). Hair dryer didn\'t work pas.appartement well located but very narrow and dilapidated stairwell

salle de bain trés petite et pas "nickel" ,moisissures et fuite d 'eau. Ménage pas très bien fait : poussière et cafetière non vidée ( il ne s'agit pas vraiment d'une cafetière puisqu'elle ne permet de faire du café que pour une personne). Sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. appartement bien situé mais cage d'escalier très étroite et vétuste

Es hat uns super gefallen. Die Wohnung war sauber und wie beschrieben und die Kontaktperson hat uns sehr nett empfangen.

contact person was waiting for us on arrival and the apartment was located in a good area. there were 4 of us staying there and was fine for us. only negative is that the bed was a little small for 2 ppl, but would stay there again.

A key problem to enter the building. You used, but at the beginning it annoys.Otherwise the place is perfect and nice apartment.

Un problème de clef pour entrer dans l'immeuble. On s'y habitue, mais au début ça agace.Autrement le lieu est parfait et l'appartement agréable.
