Modern studio off Las Ramblas. The studio is located on the second floor of a building on Calle Carmen near the famous Ramblas and Boqueria food market. It is part of a very large apartment (175m2) and the landlords sectioned this part of the apartment off to make a studio for holiday makers. On entering the apartment you turn left to reach the studio, you come inside and you have a little kichen. There is a microwave and a single hotplate; cutlery, dishes, a coffee machine etc are provided and there is a fridge but the kitchen itself is quite small. From the kitchen you enter into the living room/bedroom, there is a table and chairs for two as well as a double sofa bed (200 x 135 cm). The walls are painted white and the large windows leading onto the balcony allow a lot of light into the studio. The bathroom is just off this room and it is fitted with a shower unit. The landlady can also offer clients a baby cot and high chair for a baby up to three years. The balcony looks onto Calle Carme and from there you are only a short stroll to Las Ramblas and other sights of Barcelona. The landlords of the apartment have done everything possible to ensure the comfort of their guests, they will have their own key to the apartment and there is also a lock on the studio door. An ideal place to start your discovery of Barcelona. ExtrasThere is extra charge for electricity, water and gaz. They will be collect each month and they aren't included in the price.

Muy bueno. Muy amables y se ofrecieron para cualquier duda o problema que tuviera. La ubicación es excelente, está al lado de la Boquería y del metro Liceo. La cocina está bien equipada para cocinar. Y tanto el cuarto de baño como el comedor son amplios y cómodos. Todo reformado. El sofá cama es cómodo.

This was my first time in Barcelona, and I am overjoyed with my choice in accommodation. The location of the studio was so central (very easy to find), and the apartment itself was beautiful. The street below can get a bit loud, but it was not that bad. Queralt went above and beyond and contributed to my memorable stay. Thank you so much!

Excellente prestation d'ensemble pour ce logement situé idéalement dans la ville pour mieux la découvrir. La propriétaire est très accueillante et serviable et le logement très lumineux et complet pour une découverte de Barcelone pendant une semaine. Seul petit Bémol: le bruit car on est prêt des \"ramblas\" et ça circule toujours... Très recommandé....

Es war alles wunderbar. Schönes, sauberes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartment. Alles was man für ein paar Tage Stadtbummel braucht ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind supernett und hilfsbereit...perfekt. Den Vorrednern, die eine gewissen Lautstärke angesprochen haben, kann ich nicht zustimmen. Fenster zu, Augen zu und gut. Wir waren hier sicher nicht zum letztenmal!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Gueralt is lovely - we really couldn't have asked for a better landlady. The flat itself has an amazing wood floor, nice shower and is generally very pleasant. You couldn't cook up a huge meal in the kitchen, but it's fine for lunch and breakfast. It's also very close to the boqueria and has a good bakery just a few doors down. The sofa bed is, naturally, still a sofa bed but reasonably comfy. The location is ideal in many ways, but like all central locations in Barcelona it can get very noisy. Barcelona essentially never stops. If you are sensitive to noise you might want to consider staying outside the city completely - so this isn't really specific to this flat. If on the other hand you are likely to be drifting around at 2am with the rest of barcelona then you'll find yourself nicely placed!
