Lovely appartment in the heart of Gracia

Rarely seen so well equipped apartment. Iron on all kitchen appliances, everything was find.

Selten eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung erlebt. Von Bügeleisen, über sämtliche Küchengeräte war alles zu finden.

Fantastic apartment. Fantastic owners. Fantastic neighborhood. Everything about our stay was amazing, and this apartment was a huge part of that. It's right in the heart of Gracia's shops, restaurants and plazas -- and though the metro is only a three-minute walk away, you could easily spend several... days browsing the neighborhood. (Our advice? Shop around Verdi and D'Asturies, then hit Timeline for tapas and Le Chatelet for some of the best gin drinks in the city.) The apartment itself is spacious, clean and well-appointed. Great shower, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen. The balcony is perfect for sipping a coffee in the morning, and A is a warm, gracious and welcoming host. We loved it and will return again and again.  

Lovely flat, in a perfect location. Good ameneties and very clean. So nice to be able to watch the world go by outside. Lots of good shops, restaurants, bars in the area, so no need to venture further if you dont want to. There was building work going on in the block elsewhere when we stayed, and ...that was noisy at many times of the day. But, this is not a permanent feature and should not pose a problem. However, we did raise it with our host who said she's look in to it.. All in all, a great place at a great price. I would love to go back! 

We loved the apartment... Good location, cleanliness, comfort... Lovely contact persons. All great. We will definitely repeat.

El apartamento nos encantó... Buena ubicación, limpieza, confort.... Personas de contacto encantadoras. Todo genial. Sin duda repetiremos.

Very nice apartment in a wonderful location! The only downside is that it is located on the second floor, and there is only a very narrow and very steep stairs. Since we were travelling with a baby and stroller, it was very uncomfortable the stroller several times daily high ... down to drag. ...Otherwise everything perfect! Very well equipped apartment with all necessary. Wonderful to reach all places of interest, good neighbourhood, good environment. Very nice and helpful hostess!At any time again! (but without the stroller... :-))) 

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer wunderbaren Lage! Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass diese im zweiten Stock liegt, und dorthin führt nur eine sehr schmale und sehr steile Treppe. Da wir mit einem Baby und Kinderwagen unterwegs waren, war es sehr unbequem, den Kinderwagen mehrmals täglich hoch und ...runter zu schleppen. Ansonsten alles perfekt!!! Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem Notwendigem. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten wunderbar zu erreichen, gute Nachbarschaft, gute Umgebung. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Jederzeit gerne wieder!!! (dann aber ohne Kinderwagen.....:-)) 

Liked us very well and corresponded to the positive reviews of other Portalbenutzer.Die the apartment lessor is very nice and helpful.We were together on the road, but four people fit loosely in the Wohnung.Sie what is equipped with everything man / woman as needs or ... not.Also, everything is ...clean.The location of the apartment is an absolute Bonus.Gracia is a cosy and friendly district of Barcelona.Es are cinema, supermarkets, bakers, nice restaurants and many small shops and one not to be forgotten typical Mercato. 3 Metro City ions away from the Centre. 

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und entsprach den positiven Bewertungen der anderen Portalbenutzer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs, aber vier Leute passen locker in die Wohnung. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was mann/frau so braucht oder auch ...nicht. Zudem ist alles sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein absoluter Bonus. Gracia ist ein gemütlicher und freundlicher Stadtteil von Barcelona. Es gibt Kino, Supermärkte, Bäcker,nette Restaurants und viele kleine Läden und nicht zu vergessen einen typischen Mercato. 3 U-Bahn Stadtionen vom Zentrum entfernt.  

It would be nice if air conditioning/heating in the living room. Some very cool due to missing air conditioning/heating in winter.

Es wäre schön, wenn auch im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage/Heizung wäre. Teilweise sehr kühl durch fehlende Klimaanlage/Heizung im Winter.

Everything went very well and we knew the location of the apartment which is very good.

Tout s'est très bien passé et nous connaissions l'emplacement de l'appartement qui est très bonne.

We had at excellent 5-days stay in Barcelona. The apartment which is in perfect condition and we had a warm welcome by the owner who provided US with a lot of useful information on our arrival.There what absolutely nothing to complain about the apartment so we highly recommend it. Furthermore the ...situation of the apartment (Gràcia) with its enormous amount of tapas bars, restaurants, a cinema (projecting films in original version with local subtitles) makes it a pleasure to go out in the evening and discover the neighborhood.Although Verdi street seems to be really at the heart of Gràcia it\'s not difficult too noisy in the apartment as the sleeping room is in the rear part of the apartment.We really enjoyed our stay at the A. M.\'s apartment and will certainly return!

It was very great!!! The location was wonderful and it was a very nice flat.The rooms were beautiful.It was an old house, were we live, we like old houses. Our contact person was very friendly.
