This modern and well equipped 70m2 apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator and can accommodate up to 5 people. The spacious living room offers a table for 6 people, a big flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa on which you can relax after a long day of shopping or sightseeing in the city. The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and all you need to prepare your favourite meals.
The apartment was renovated in 2011 and has two bedrooms with two single beds and two single sofa beds each. In the bathroom you will find a shower and for a major comfort the WC is situated in a separate room.
Thanks to the good location you will get to the main places of interest quickly. It is well communicated with the public transport network and nearby you will find the Sants station, as well as many different bus stops.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, nur bei der Dusche war wie bereits in vorigen Kommentaren beschrieben einfach keine ideale Temperatur einstellbar. Die Lage war für uns optimal, da wir früh in Barcelona ankamen und wir in der Nähe der Wohnung die Koffer einschliessen konnten.

Bravo à O. A l'heure au RDV, il nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de compétence nous donnant les infos nécessaires sur l'appartement, le quartier et la ville. Il n'y a aps de case pour l'appartement mais pour info. Les robinets de la douche ne marchent plus. C'est quasiment impossible de prendre une douche normale. Faites le nécessaire.

L'appartement est bien, mais il existe un contraste entre la realité et les photos présentées. En effet l' appartement est moins neuf qu'il ne parait. La salle de bain est vétuste, le rideau de douche légèrement moisi, règlage de la temperature de l'eau très difficile. A part ca, plutot bon appartement en général.

The contact person was very pleasant and service minded. All in all easy and service minded. The only problem we had was to obtain the password for the wlan.
