Modern apartment near Plaza España

The owners were very nice - we had some issues getting connected to the wi-fi and they responded very quickly. The apartment was average. It was not super clean but fine. The sink in the kitchen would not drain all the way - always a little water sitting in it which was a bit gross. The shower ...had some mold in it and the chair in the living room looked kind of dirty. Location is good - only a block from a metro so that was really great. There were plenty of kitchen dishes and items to use if you decide to cook. Wished it would have been just a bit cleaner and that we had a few more towels. Would also be really great to have a set of beach towels - there were none so it was a bit inconvenient going to the beach. 

Hello, thanks again for this well positioned accommodation in Barcelona, metro walk,... on the other hand really was missing pots for 4 people, the range hood light was burned out, bad drain in the sink, which resulted of the odours in the housing which were ... present upon our arrival, however for... the shower need to organize because the water heater must be too small. The children\'s room was just a little heating level. But overall we have despite all a good stay. Thanks again for your welcome! 

Bonjour, merci encore pour ce logement bien placé dans Barcelone, métro à pied,... par contre il manquait vraiment de casseroles pour 4 personnes, la lumière de la hotte était grillée, mauvaise évacuation dans l'évier, ce qui entrainait des odeurs nauséabondes dans le logement qui étaient ...présentes dès notre arrivée, par contre pour la douche il faut s'organiser car le chauffe-eau doit être trop petit. La chambre des enfants était un peu juste au niveau du chauffage. Mais globalement nous avons malgré tout un bon séjour. Merci encore pour votre bon accueil!!

The person who hosted us is very nice and very good advice. The apartment is well equipped and very well located on the Creu Coberta in close proximity of the metro Hostafrank. Right next to the plaza España with a shopping centre Las Arenas. Truly a super stay in Barcelona.

La personne qui nous a accueilli est très sympa et de très bon conseil. L'appartement est bien équipé et très bien situé sur la Creu Coberta à proximité immédiate du métro Hostafrank. Juste à côté la plaza espagna avec un centre commercial Las Arenas. Vraiment un super séjour à Barcelone.

Very small bathroom (wash-basin, shower); There may be because the bottlenecks at quad occupancy. Who is really cooking, it has also a bit tight, but is OK.Note: The stove has no normal buttons, but a \"touch control\" on the hob, functioning part is us remained a mystery.

Sehr kleines Bad (Waschbecken/Dusche); bei Viererbelegung kann es da zu Engpässen kommen. Wer wirklich kocht, hat es auch ein wenig eng, ist aber OK. Achtung: Der Herd hat keine normalen Knöpfe, sondern eine "Touchbedienung" auf dem Kochfeld, deren Funktionsweise uns z.T. ein Rätsel geblieben ist.

It was really good, we really enjoyed it.

The apartment has liked us, only in the shower no ideal temperature was easy as already described in previous comments adjustable. The location was ideal for us as we arrived early in Barcelona and we could include the case near the home.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, nur bei der Dusche war wie bereits in vorigen Kommentaren beschrieben einfach keine ideale Temperatur einstellbar. Die Lage war für uns optimal, da wir früh in Barcelona ankamen und wir in der Nähe der Wohnung die Koffer einschliessen konnten.
