This bright and comfortable 3 bedroom Barcelona apartment is located in the area of Barcelona Sant Antoni / L´Exiample Izq, 15 minutes walk from Las Ramblas and 5 minutes to Avenida Paral-lel. It has one double bedroom, one twin room and a single room (the double bed measures 135cm x 190 cm and the single beds measure 80cm x 180cm). This Barcelona apartment is ideal for families or groups as there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. There is a spacious living-dining room with a sofa bed for two and the living room leads out onto a little balcony, although the views aren´t great it´s still nice to sit out on to have drink or just relax. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics for cooking and there´s a little utility space just off the kitchen. the first contact was very nice, but the other person we saw at the end said we broke a mug which we did not and wanted us to give her 30 euros for it, which is theft.

L'appartamento è un pò diverso dalle foto. I proprietari non lasciano nulla a disposizione, quanto meno per lavare piatti o cose del genere, quindi acquistate tutto. Un pò di incomprensioni sul ritiro del deposito (orari non rispettati) La zona è buona e ben collegata. Il servizio oh-Barcelona è efficace, serio ed affidabile!

Poca gentilezza e cortesia soprattutto al momento di lasciare l'appartamento, siamo stati letteralmente buttati fuori mentre ancora alcuni di noi stavano raccogliendo le proprie cose, senza salutare, con sufficienza estrema. Nonostante abbiamo raggiunto barcellona la mattina successiva alla notte prevista (avvisando la sera prima con molto anticipo) ci sono stati chiesti ugualmente le 50,00 ? per l'arrivo dopo la mezzanotte. Diciamo che se dovessi tornare a Barcellona, cercherei un altro appartemento di sicuro.

Appartamento situato vicinissimo alla stazione metro Urgell e anche alla fermata autobus. In 5min si raggiunge il centro. Grande, spazioso e con tanti ventilatori per rinfrescarsi :-) Contatto del posto cordialissimo e molto disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Barcellona, mi rivolgerei di nuovo a lui!!

Alloggio spazioso, confortevole e pulito. Situato in una posizione strategica, a 100mt dalla fermata metro Urgell e dalla fermata dell'Aerbus per l'aeroporto. Persona di riferimento gentilissima che ci ha anche invitato a rivolgersi a lui per qualsiasi problema

consiglio vivamente questo appartamento...è grande, noi eravamo in quattro...ma in 5 si sta benissimo...ci sono due bagni comodi e spazi living. L'appartamento è vicino la fermata della metro(Urgel) e da lì si può girare tutta Barcellona.La casa era molto pulita e i proprietari molto gentili.....Bella Vacanza, tornerei in Carrer Comte Borrel!!
