This is an exterior single bedroom (7m2) in a shared flat. The bedroom has a single bed (200 x 90), wardrobe and chest of drawers. The apartment has a large living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. The owner lives in the apartment, one of the bathrooms is for him and the other is to be shared between the two rooms he rents. Clients have the right to use the kitchen, living room and the private terrace. The apartment is located in a good, safe neighbourhood and within walking distance to many of Barcelona´s sights. Utility bills are included in the price. -

Hier ist man optimal untergebracht und hat alles, was man braucht: einen netten Vermieter, eine optimale Ausgangslage fürs Sightseeing, Restaurants und Bars zur Auswahl, Shopping ohne Ende. Übrigens, die Freundin des Vermieters spricht Deutsch und konnte uns viele gute Tipps geben. Der Vermieter und seine Freundin haben durch ihre gastfreundliche Art sehr zum Gelingen unseres Aufenthaltes beigetragen.

El piso esta bien centrico y muy cerca al metro diagonal. Te puedes movilizar para todos lados sin ningun problema. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und sie ist in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station "Diagonal". Man kann alle Orte von dort aus schnell und problemlos erreichen.

I was in Barcelona from June 13 - 17. I was content all around. Xavier is very nice and helped me a lot. The habitation was nice too, very clean and homelike.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Besonders schön war die tolle Dachterrasse. Die Kontaktperson war sehr hilfs-bereit und freundlich.

Xavier est un hôte exceptionnel! L'appartement est très bien situé et très convivial. Barcelone est une ville fantastique et mon séjour a été inoubliable grâce à Xavier. Sa bonne humeur, ses judicieux conseils et son accueil a grandement contribué à faire de ce séjour, une expérience enrichissante. Une petite excursion semblable à l'auberge Espagnol... ;-)!

Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und sauber. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen,oder die nahe Metro nützen. Eine Besonderheit ist die schöne Dachterrasse, die zum Ausruhen oder Essen einlädt. Xavier ist sehr sympathisch und großzügig und steht jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Seine angenehme Gesellschaft und die Gespräche mit ihm haben meinen Aufenthalt sehr bereichert. Ich habe mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Muchas gracias
