Two bedroom apartment in the city centre with a private roof top terrace. It´s a fifh floor apartment (no elevator) ideal for four people but can sleep up to six. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the second with a double bed, both receive lots of light. There´s a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two more people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking and there´s a bathroom with a shower unit. By far the best facet of the apartment is the terrace. The living room doors open straight onto it and it´s ideal for eating outside or enjoying some Barcelona roof top views.
The apartment is very close to the Marina area, Las Ramblas and the Barrio Gotico are only a few minutes walking and there´s a famous "Champanería" bar on the same street as the apartment which sells glasses of local Cava with aperatives - a must do for any visitor.Extras
Notes:The landlady will only accept groups when the the average age is over 35 years or if they are a family.
There is a supplement for late arrivals; if you arrive between 21.00hrs and 23.00hrs the charge is 25€, if you arrive after 23.00hrs the charge is 40€.

Leider in schlechtem Zustand. Gerade das Badezimmer ist wohl nichts für Menschen, die leicht zu ekeln sind. (Putz fällt von der Decke, klein, Abfluss etc.) Ansonsten ist die Terrasse sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Extrem schief und das macht nachdenklich warum das Dach so schief ist...und wie es wohl darunter aussieht. Hier rede ich nicht von schlecht gefliesst sondern, von einer echten Steigung. Geschätzer Höhenunterschied von min. 20-30 cm auf ca. 3-4 Meter Distanz. In Summe war es für die paar Tage in einer reinen Männerrunde, aufgrund der perfekten Lage, ein passendes Domizil.

Très bien situé juste à côté de la Marina, idéal pour visiter la ville à pied. Belle et grande terrasse. Attention, si vous venez l'été il fait très chaud au 5ème étage et la clim (très ancienne) fonctionne très mal et la température dans les chambres ne descend pas la nuit. Ok bon service

We stayed there with our two children aged 4 and 6 years. The apartment is very rustic and basic but has pretty much everything we needed and is charmingly stylish. The roof terrace is wonderful and large and the covered table and chairs out there are a real luxury. The location is perfect. The only downside was that the TV didn't pick up any signal, we called the contact person who told us that unfortunately yes the TV doesn't work.

Nachdem es ayn einem Tag ziemlich heftig regnete, waren plötzlich an mehreren Stellen in der Wohnung Wasserstellen auf dem Boden. Es hat leider rein geregnet. Ansonsten war die Wohnung OK. Wer nicht gerne Treppen steigt, sollte lieber was anderes suche. Die Wohnung liegt im fünften Stock. War aber für uns kein Problem, wir laufen gerne und tun auch mal was gerne für die Figur. Dafür wurden wir mit eihner großen Dachgterasse belohnt.

the apartment is in an excellent location, and the roof top terrace is a very nice touch. the shower barely worked which was kind of a pain but the place was clean and neat. my only complaint is that the contact person forgot about our reservation and we had to wait two hours for someone to show up after several phone calls to try to get ahold of her.
