Description
Two bedroom apartment in the city centre with a private roof top terrace. It´s a fifh floor apartment (no elevator) ideal for four people but can sleep up to six. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the second with a double bed, both receive lots of light. There´s a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two more people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking and there´s a bathroom with a shower unit. By far the best facet of the apartment is the terrace. The living room doors open straight onto it and it´s ideal for eating outside or enjoying some Barcelona roof top views.
The apartment is very close to the Marina area, Las Ramblas and the Barrio Gotico are only a few minutes walking and there´s a famous "Champanería" bar on the same street as the apartment which sells glasses of local Cava with aperatives - a must do for any visitor.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen.Ausstattung ist auch ok und auch die Sauberkeit.Die Kontaktperson ist sehr nett.

8/10 Appartement situé à proximité des lieux touristiques et des plages. Le métro est à 200 mètres. La climatisation est appréciable car au dernier étage... Un lave-linge aurait été parfait ! A recommander à tous ceux qui peuvent monter les étages.

Die Betten sind sehr stark durchgelegen und schlecht für den Rücken; die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr klein, der Grundriss im Netz täuscht eine andere Situation vor; auf der Couch im "Wohnzimmer" zu schlafen, ist demnach nicht erholsam. Besser nur für 4 Personen, also 2 Paare. Das Bad ist leider ...versifft, Waschbecken läuft nicht richtig ab. Gut ist, dass die Wohnung die Dachterasse hat, von ihr aus gibt es leider keine schönen Blicke auf die schöne Stadt, aber es ist sehr angenehm sich darauf auszuruhen.

The roof terrace was an excellent feature. The only slight issue was regarding the number of mosquitos in the apartment. Perhaps extending the air con to the bedrooms could have prevented them from entering through the windows.

It was very good, indeed. We liked the style. Beds looked new but they are almost constantly moving like a floating ship and give out noise which takes your dream away. Matches, mosquito-killers and other practicalities that would help the visitors are badly missing from the flat. ...Altogether we liked it very much, some details could be better though.

Außer der großen Terrasse bietet das App leider nicht viel. Alles recht lieblos hergerichtet, nicht mal ein ordentlicher Terrassentisch. Nicht eine einzige Sonnenliege oder Sonnenstuhl. Kaum genug Geschirr, bzw. verschmuddelt und alt. Noch nicht mal ein Brotmesser ist da. Das Bad könnte wie ...alles, auch mal eine nette Behandlung und Erneuerung gebrauchen. Die Matratzen sind alt, für den Preis sollte man erwarten können, dass diese App. gepflegt werden und ab und zu alles mal erneuert wird. Hier konnte man sich leider nicht wohlfühlen.
