Barcelona apartment close to the MACBA and 5 minutes walk from the Ramblas

very nice apartment. perhaps somewhat sporty be for the 5th ;) space the floor affect the photos bigger or higher than they really are. a traveller from our group (almost 2 meters) was sometimes a bit about improvising ;) otherwise perfectly!

sehr nettes appartement. man sollte vielleicht doch etwas sportlich sein für den 5. stock ;) die räume wirken auf den fotos grösser bzw. höher als sie wirklich sind. ein mitreisender von unserer gruppe (fast 2 meter gross) musste manchmal ein bisschen improvisieren ;) sonst alles perfekt!

... Basic pulling a regular cleaning of the apartment. Still lack a coat of paint to the courtyard and stairs. In general better quality/price ratio.

La limpieza del apartamento...básica tirando a regular. Sigue haciendo falta una mano de pintura al patio y las escaleras. En general relación calidad/precio mejorable.

The apartment was very well equipped, everything what we needed. The 5th floor was not a problem for us younger people, but others might have problems without lift. The same applies to the situation: it was located in the Raval for us fine. Contact person was very nice and helpful.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was wir brauchten. Der 5. Stock war für uns jüngere Leute kein Problem, aber andere könnten ohne Lift Probleme haben. Das Gleiche gilt für die Lage: Mitten im Raval war es für uns prima. Kontaktperson war sehr nett und hilfreich.

Perfect location of the apartment. A neighborhood very lively and ideal for exploring Barcelona. Although the staircase of the building need to be urgently repainted, the floor is great. Modern, comfortable, very sunny and unobstructed views. Incredibly quiet. Great to have computer with internet we will repeat!

Perfecta localizacion del apartamento. Un barrio muy vivo e ideal para conocer Barcelona. Aunque la escalera del edificio necesita urgentemente ser repintada, el piso es estupendo. Moderno, cómodo, vistas despejadas y muy soleado. Increiblemente silencioso. Estupendo tener ordenador con internet ¡Repetiremos!

Pleasant apartment, well located but maybe more suitable for teenagers.

Appartamento gradevole, ben situato però magari più consigliabile per ragazzi.

It is a nasty place I\'ve seen is located on the sixth floor of an old apartment with more than 100 stairs that looks like a castle without the ascensorenon \' and ideal for anything to pass the vacanzac \' and a different place than this that we see on other issues that do not fotoe is rather mean here

e' un posto piu brutto che ho visto si trova al sesto piano di un appartamento vecchio con piu di 100 scale che sembra un castello senza l'ascensore non'e ideale per niente per passare le vacanza c'e un posto diverso di questo che vediamo sul foto e altri problemi che non si po dire qui

Confermarle che il proprietario prende tutte le misure necessarie per garantire le ottime condizioni dell’appartamento. Inoltre, confermarle che l’ascensore come indicato nella descrizione dell’appartamento non rientra tra le caratteristiche disponibili.

Everything was fine. I do not have any comments. The contact person was excellent.

Very good geographically but in quite specific social place.
