A beautiful first floor, air-conditioned two bedroom apartment located in an atmospheric pedestrian lane of Calle Comtal.
The apartment is located right in the heart of Barcelona with all it´s sights on the doorstep. It´s only two minutes from Plaza Catalunya, where the bus and train from the airport stop.
Located on the first floor the apartment has high ceilings and is ideal for those who want to be centrally located and have nice apartment with all the mod cons, air conditioning, equipped kitchen etc. There´s a large main bedroom with balcony windows, a double bed measuring 200 x 140cm and a walk-in closet where clients can store their suitcases and clothes. The second bedroom is a little smaller but has two single beds plus a wardrobe for storage and a window looking onto the street. The living room has been carefully designed and the kichen is fully equipped, there is also a nice size bathroom with a bath tub.
Free wifi internet connection and free local and national calls.
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment.
The owner only accepts bookings for people over 25 years old. -

Tout est excellent sauf le niveau sonore .Le bruit n'est pas dû aux voisins mais à la rue et au restaurant qui se trouve juste en face. Tout est parfait,que ce soit au niveau du site ou du contact.

Location is very central and convenient - is easy to walk everywhere. Apartment was clean and quite spacious. Toilet was leaking and took a couple of days to fix. However contact person was attentive and tried to organise repair asap.

A little noisy at around 2.30am due bin and bottle collections, very convenient for transport links, contact person was friendly, on time, and our deposit was returned no problem at all. Suitable for 4 people not 6, the sofa is a sofa not a sofabed. The position of the apartment was excellent.
