Cozy two bedroom apartment centrally located in Barcelona

Apartment very well located near metro Parra-lel in a small street quiet ideal for sleep at night. Own apartment unless the mattress of the Chamber which had large spots (there was no mattress). The apartment is well equipped. It is located on the 2nd ... floor no elevator and the stairs are very narrow with steps of uneven height.

Appartement très bien placé proche du métro Parra-lel dans une petite rue tranquille idéal pour dormir la nuit. Appartement propre sauf le matelas de la chambre qui présentait de grosses tâches (il n'y avait pas de protège-matelas). L'appartement est bien équipé. Il est situé au 2ème ...étage sans ascenseur et l'escalier est très étroit avec des marches de hauteur inégale. 

We had a really lovely stay in this appartment in Poble Sec. We found ourselves to be perfectly placed to explore Barcelona and it was fantastic to have a comfortable bed to come back to after a long days site seeing. If we wanted to go out for a meal there was no need to go far as there were plenty... of good restaurants and bars close by. We really felt that we had a taste of local life that we would not have had if we had stayed at a hotel. The appartment was clean, the shower hot and with two good sized bedrooms there was plenty of space for myself and my sister to relax. The evenings were a little chilly however warm blankets and a very affective heater ensured we didnt get cold. Had a fantastic time. Cant wait to go back  

We were very pleased with the apartment, just the parking is very difficult there. But at the end it worked yet. The apartment was quite cold end of December, the fan heater has barely warmed, but there still there really liked us.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment, nur das Parkieren ist recht schwierig dort. Aber am Ende hat es doch geklappt. Die Wohnung war recht kalt Ende Dezember, der Heizlüfter hat kaum gewärmt, aber es hat uns trotzdem dort sehr gut gefallen.

As mentioned in other comments, is the apartment in a more than renovation-needy State. The bathroom has many moldy corners, a basic cleaning would be really necessary. Those who stay a week, gets only a bath towel and a towel. The kitchen cabinets are full of crap and ungeputzt! The gas stove may ...be so clean, but what brings that, if there is no gas pipeline. No place for clothes in a single Cabinet! Dirty COMMODE shop! The staircase is incredibly narrow and steep. With a suitcase in the 3rd floor up and later down a risky company, also for young people is. Location: Very very loud all night. The holiday is a rest! Deposit: A persönl. joint control with feedback at the end of the holiday is desirable! 

Wie bereits in anderen Kommentaren erwähnt, ist die Wohnung in einem mehr als renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Das Badezimmer hat viele verschimmelte Ecken, eine Grundreinigung wäre wirklich nötig. Wer ein Woche bleibt, bekommt nur ein Badetuch u. ein Handtuch. Die Küchenschränke sind voller... Ramsch und ungeputzt! Der Gasherd mag ja sauber sein, aber was bringt das, wenn es keine Gasleitung gibt. Kein Platz für Kleidung im einzigen Schrank! Schmutzige Kommodenladen! Das Treppenhaus ist unheimlich eng und steil. Mit einem Koffer in den 3. Stock hinauf und später runter ist ein riskantes Unternehmen, auch für junge Leute. Lage: Sehr sehr laut, die ganze Nacht über. Der Urlaub ist eine Erholung! Kaution: Eine persönl. + gemeinsame Kontrolle mit Feedback am Urlaubsende ist wünschenswert!

Apartment is well-located and provides basic accommodation. Another fan is needed as it gets very hot and two are insufficient. The fridge badly needs defrosting. Some of the kitchen and living room drawers are now damaged and falling apart so these need replacing/mending. And the showermat/bathmat was filthy when we arrived and wasn't changed at all.

To fault the kitchen situation was in any case, the crockery and cutlery was apparently for a long time neither used nor cleaned been, it stank of the cabinets. The third room was really just a storage room without Windows. In the cabinets could place little, especially since a cabinet was completed... and the other with bedding replete. One could call the bathroom with the water pump as a quaint, but a few hook, at least a shower mat or a towel for the floor would have upgraded something there. In the shower it has always risk by the mega rutschige shower mat, to fall down. 

Zu bemängeln war auf jeden Fall die Küchensituation, das Geschirr und Besteck war offenbar lange Zeit weder benutzt noch gereinigt worden, es stank aus den Schränken. Das dritte Zimmer war wirklich nur eine Abstellkammer ohne Fenster. In den Schränken konnte man kaum etwas unterbringen, zumal ...ein Schrank abgeschlossen war und der andere mit Bettzeug vollgestopft. Das Bad mit der Wasserpumpe konnte man als urig bezeichnen, aber ein paar Haken, wenigstens eine Duschmatte oder ein Handtuch für den Boden hätten es etwas aufgewertet. In der Dusche ist man durch die megarutschige Duschmatte immer Gefahr gelaufen, hinzufallen.

The apartment was quite worn out. The toilet seat was loose and many mouldings were broken. Th door lOck was tricky and main entrance door remained broken two weeks. In the hallway the bulbs were broken, the stairs very narrow and high and electricity was out several hours.

The apartment needs some renovations. To improve the stay for future guests, you should think about some new purchases. By this I mean, for example, the bed (in which you can feel each spring in the back), a renovation of the bathroom (it is old, run down, it molds). Moreover, the glass of the main ...entry door is broken so that any stranger without any problems has access to the House. I would not recommend the apartment due to this for a group that consists only of women. 

Die Ferienwohnung bedarf einiger Renovierungen. Um den Aufenthalt für zukünftige Gäste zu verbessern, sollten Sie über einige Neuanschaffungen nachdenken. Damit meine ich beispielsweise das Bett (in welchem man jede Feder im Rücken spürt), eine Renovierung des Bads (es ist alt, ...heruntergekommen, es schimmelt). Überdies ist das Glas der Haupteingangstür gebrochen, sodass jeder Fremde ohne Probleme Zugang zum Haus hat. Ich würde die Ferienwohnung aus diesem Grund für eine Gruppe, die nur aus Frauen besteht, nicht weiterempfehlen.

Apartment really dirty on our arrival, the shower was broken and we proceeded to replace us buying pipe and onion to the Chinese under the road.The location is good, walking distance from the metro and Central enough.It should be noted that is the third solvent but the stairs are high, strenuous ...stratte travellers with many luggages or with young children.The contact was polite, and seemed genuinely mortified for things that do not go. 

Appartamento veramente sporco al nostro arrivo, il tubo doccia era rotto ed abbiamo provveduto a sostituirlo noi comprando tubo e cipolla al cinese sotto la strada. La posizione è buona a pochi passi dalla metro ed abbastanza centrale. Andrebbe segnalato che è al terzo pianoi ma le scale sono ...stratte ed alte, faticoso per chi viaggia con tanti bagagli o con figli piccoli. Il contatto è stato gentile, ed è sembrato veramente mortificato per le cose che non andavano.
