Studio apartment only two minutes from Plaza Catalunya in the heart of Barcelona. The small apartment is located in the famous Rambla de Catalunya, one of the most famous streets in Barcelona, there you will find the famouse "Casa Batlló" and the "Pedrera" of the famouse architect Antonio Gaudí, lined with shops, restaurants and cafe´s. The apartment is located on the top floor of a classic building with a concierge. The studio apartment has a small kitchen with a two ring hob, fridge, washing machine and cutlery, pots and pans. The bedroom/living room has a double bed, t.v and looks out onto the large sunny terrace. The landlord offers free internet via WIFI, the clients just need to bring their own laptop.

Appartement central, proche du métro et idéalement situé pour visiter la ville. Un peu plus loin de la plage (40 min en métro- 50 min à pied- 15 min en vélib). Situé au dernier étage (ascenseur) et en recul par rapport à la rue, il est étonnement très calme! Le logement est propre, agréable et fonctionnel. La climatisation et la grande terrasse sont des petit plus très agréables et non négligeables!!! Le propriétaire est quant à lui très sympathique, et partage les bons plans de la ville. A recommander!

die unterkunft ist in bester lage, viele tolle sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen minuten zu erreichen. das apartment war sehr sauber und ausreichend groß. ein grund warum wir das apartment gewählt haben war die dachterasse, ob die im sommer wegen der vielen klimaaussengeräte auch gut zu nutzen ist kann ich allerdings nicht sagen. der vermieter, war auch überaus nett und hatte einige gute ratschläge, was man denn so in der nähe unternehmen könnte, parat. somit alles bestens und auf jeden fall empfehlenswert.
