Apartment in Vila Olimpica with access to community pool

It was a nice apartment and a sweet hostess. Really super location, not in tourist area but at one University. 800 metres from the beach, 2 km from downtown. The tour bus stop also on 800 meters! supermarket 300 metres and fast food outlets. to use the building\'s swimming pool and a beautiful private terrace!

Het was een mooi appartement en een lieve gastvrouw. Locatie echt super, niet in toeristenbuurt, maar bij universiteit. 800 meter van het strand, 2 km van centrum. De Toerbushalte ook op 800 meter! supermarkt op 300 meter en eettentjes. zwembad te gebruiken van het gebouw en een mooi eigen terras!

Apartment apart from the noise and bustle of the historic centre of Barcelona. Quickly access to la Rambla and the shops. It is located near the Olympic port. Very convenient.

Appartement situé en dehors du bruit et de l'agitation du centre historique de Barcelone . On accède rapidement à la Rambla et aux commerces. Il est situé tout près du port olympique. Très pratique.

very nice pool in gated community. Excellent location (500 m Strad, 300 m Metro). Unfortunately, the kitchen with a coffee machine was fitted.

sehr schöner Pool in Wohnanlage. Hervorragende Lage (500 m Strad, 300 m Metro). Leider war die Küche nicht mit einer Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet.

Excellent location within walking distance of the old town. Garden with large swimming pool and small playground, basket field, ideal for holidays with children!Apartment is small but spacious terrace on the ground floor makes everything good.Reception was very friendly and correct (in Spanish) ...supermarket near, beach on 10 minutes steps.First day Had some problems with electric stove but understood its operation after a few burnt pots: figures working in reverse order: stand 6 = low stand 1 = high heat. We will come back here for sure! 

Uitstekende ligging op wandelafstand van het oude centrum. Tuin met basketveld en kleine speeltuin, groot zwembad, ideaal voor vakantie met kinderen! Appartement is klein maar ruim terras op de benedenverdieping maakt alles goed. Onthaal was zeer vriendelijk en correct (in het Spaans) Supermarkt ...dichtbij, strand op 10 minutjes stappen. Had eerste dag wat problemen met electrisch fornuis maar snapte de werking ervan na een paar aangebrande potten: Cijfers werken in omgekeerde volgorde: stand 6 = laag stand 1 = hoog vuur. We komen hier zeker terug!

Nice apartment, great terrace, however, the hob was not fully functional. We have managed only to rotate two plates and 1 was the highest and 6 the lowest level. For low pay (50? for 10 days) you get a Wi-Fi connection. New guests get a note apparently also mandatory pushed that it should be please ...quiet after 22.00 h on the first day by the door. This should make but really as a precaution at each and represents a further problem (we have also respected after 22.00 h to be not too loud). If Spanish is getting a nice briefing upon arrival in the apartment, if not you can agree somehow with hands and feet. The location of the apartment is ideal to make excursions and sightseeing. The nearest subway station is 3 minutes and the sea about 6 min away. 

Nette Wohnung, tolle Terrasse, allerdings war das Kochfeld nicht voll funktionsfähig. Wir haben es nur geschafft zwei Platten aufzudrehen und dabei war 1 die höchste und 6 die niedrigste Stufe. Für geringes Entgeld (50€ für 10 Tage) bekommt man auch einen WLAN-Anschluss. Neue Gäste bekommen ...anscheinend auch obligatorisch einen Zettel am ersten Tag durch die Tür geschoben, dass man nach 22.00h bitte ruhig sein soll. Das dürften die aber wirklich bei jedem vorsorglich machen und stellt kein weiteres Problem dar (wir haben aber auch darauf geachtet nach 22.00h nicht zu laut zu sein). Sofern man spanisch versteht bekommt man bei Ankunft eine nette Einweisung in die Wohnung, falls nicht kann man sich auch mit Händen und Füßen irgendwie verständigen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal um Ausflüge und Sightseeing zu machen. Die nächste Ubahn-Station ist 3 min und das Meer ca. 6 min entfernt. 

The location of the flat was excellent. The two bedrooms, the large terrace and the community pool made it an ideal place for a family, but we had some problems with the kitchen appliances. The contact person was really helpful and nice, but unfortunately she spoke only Spanish. the website is ...easy-to-use, and the flat was just like its description promised
