Sunny 3-bedroom apartment in the centre of Barcelona

Hola! We spend 6 night and 4 days in Barcelona. We had a nice time and we enjoyed Barcelona very much. The apartment was okey. The toilet maked a big noise and it was very slipery in the shower and outside when it become wet. The kitchen was badley equiped. 2 water glases, some wine glases all diffrent. 3 teacups ,no coffie cups. 6 plats of diffrent sizes and one saucepan 4-5 liters. Little to big to boil some eggs in the morning and no kitchencloths. The contact person came with some teacups,glases and bed sheets the day after. We were 6 ladies in the 50ies and we can't shares pillows, bedsheets and cover in the doublebed ( masterbed). We need also 2 pilovs but it was no extra pillow-cases. Kindest regards

note d'appréciation : 9/10 Appartement fidèle à la description faite sur le site, bon emplacement, très bon accueil de la personne de contact. Il ne manquait juste que quelques ustensiles de cuisine (poêles notamment)

regelmäßig die Anzahl von Tassen und Weingläser überprüfen!, ausreichende Anzahl an Geschirrtrockentücher (wir haben Tabs für die Spülmaschine gekauft), die Füße des Doppelbettes festschrauben - haben extrem gewackelt!!, gewöhnungsbedürftig: Zudecke fürs Bett in das Laken zu hüllen

It was the first time that I used this type of accomodation. I was pleased with the apartment. The only thing a bit disappointing was that the the apartment didn't match much with the photographs on the website.

Die Ausstattung, insbesondere Duschen und Geschirr, waren verbesserungswürdig.

Der Eigentümer bestätigt, dass die Duscharmatur ausgetauscht wurde.

Alloggio posizionato a circa 10 min a piedi dalla Rambla. L'unica pecca è il bagnetto piccolo con la porta a vetro (satinato ovviamente). Divano comodissimo, le camere ben tenute, i materassi niente di speciale, ma comodi, cucina con: microonde, frigo, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, pentole, bicchieri, piatti. Per gli Italiani, portatevi un adattatore per le prese a 3 fori! L'ascensore è piccolo e l'appartamento è al 2o piano... ma loro per 2o intendono il 4o... perché praticamente hanno il piano terra e un piano che chiamano principale... poi hanno il 1o e il 2o. Purtroppo nella descrizione mancava l'indirizzo e non era semplice capire dove fosse, ma il contatto ci ha spiegato benissimo. Supermercato sotto casa.

Die Wohnung wäre empfehlenswert, wenn sie gepflegt wäre: Das Doppelbett (ein Campingbett !) schwankt bei jeder Drehung (ein Bein wurde mit Klebeband "repariert"), Haarbüschel in beiden Duschen, schmutzige Ecken, 20 Gabeln - aber nur 4 Tassen, 1 Dusche immer noch kaputt (siehe Bewertung vom Mai 2011) ... Schade. Für den Preis kann man auch in einer Metropole mehr erwarten!

Der Eigentümer bestätigt uns, dass das Problem mit dem Wasserahn behoben ist und er wird alle erforderlichen Maßnahmen ergreifen, um für die Sauberkeit Ihres Appartements zu sorgen.

La localisation de l'appartement est simplement excellente pour une famille avec 3 jeunes enfants comme nous. Près des transports, quartier calme, tous les services à proximité. Le seul vrai problème de l'appartement était certains équipements défaillants (mais problèmes réglés par notre contact) tels le lave linge ou le chauffe eau. Malgré cela notre évaluation est très positive de notre séjour à Barcelone et du service rendu par OH Barcelona Excellent service. Booking facile, bon suivi. La personne qui nous a accueilli a été particulièrement serviable. Joignable en quasi permanence sur son portable, il a toujours tout fait pour solutionner les problèmes que nous pouvions rencontrer. Il nous a de puls bien conseillé dans nos escapades barcelonaises.
