This 75m2 apartment, built at the end of the last century, is located in the district of Sant Antoni, just a fifteen-minute walk from the Plaza Cataluña and the Ramblas.
The apartment is on the second floor (actually the fourth in the building) with a lift and was renovated to maintain its full charm and original characteristics including the typical period moldings, ceilings and floors. The metallic crystal gallery is continually exposed to the sun and enjoys natural sunlight all day in the large lounge. There is also a large flat-screen, satellite television; DVD, Hi-Fi and internet connection, and the possibility to make local and national calls to main line numbers.
The apartment has three bedrooms with large fitted wooden wardrobes. The main bedroom has a double bed and the two others have two singles. There are also two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with a bath. Finally in the kitchen there is a washing machine, dish-washer and gas cooker – everything guests might need to enjoy their stay.
The accommodation’s location in the district of Sant Antoni is excellent – just a short stroll from the centre of Barcelona and well connected to all public transport; there are three metro lines (L3, L1 and L2), and numerous bus services running close by that travel all over the city.

Extras
Check-in is between 16:00 and 22:00.
Check-out by 11:00.
Late check-in after 22:00 will incur an additional charge of 30€. Furthermore, check-in on the 24th, 25th, 26th, and 31st December, and the 1st January will incur an additional charge of 30€ (these charges are cumulative).
Check-out: The latest possible time for check-out is 11h.
Should you not have left the apartment before 11h you will be asked to leave immediately and you will be charged a surcharge of 50€.
An extra cleaning service during your stay including a change of sheets and towels is available. Please consult with the owner for information about prices and times once you have made your reservation.

The House is simple but cozy and cute. Definitely clean and provided essential. The girl waiting for us was polite and helpful.

The accommodation was perfect for our group. The contact person cared a lot and we did appreciate all the insider information she gave us. The was only one minor negative point In the description it is said to be three bathroom, but there are only two, which are also enough for 6 person. We were ...also grateful for the Lonely Planet and other information which are placed in the apartment. I can definitely recommend this place for a trip to Barcelona.
