Die Lage der Wohnung zwischen Sagrada Familia und Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau mit Süd-Westbalkon und Blick und auf die Einkaufspassage ist ganz wunderbar und sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer sind dunkel, in beiden Fällen gehen die Fenster nur zu einem Innenhof bzw. einem Schacht nach draußen. Speziell im Kinderzimer kommen vom Innenhof häufig Essensgerüche in das Zimmer, das kann unangenehm sein. Die Einrichtung ist spartanisch, funktional, aber alles ist vorhanden. Die Küche war bei unserer Anreise ein bisschen pekig, das hätte gründlicher gereinigt werden können. Der Besitzer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Il a été très disponible et accueillant. La location s'est bien passée. En revanche, l'appartement est vraiment basique et pas assez propre.

The accommodation was suitable for our needs. However, the oven didn't work (we were not told this), and it appeared that an overflow of refuse had developed in one of the cupboards, possibly by previous occupants.

Perfect location, for Spain a really quiet flat and neighbours, contact person was reliable and extremely nice. Why not best grade ("sehr gut")? Kitchen equipment (cutlery, dishes) was not too clean, but ok. In general good, comunication with us was perfect, but communication between oh-bcn and the landlord apparently not - we asked oh-bcn for a babybed and got confirmation by phone and email, but the landlord didn't know about it - and the deposit of 200EUR was not mentioned until we got the confirmation email...
