Apartment very comfortable and well maintained. Located a bit far from the Centre, but just a short walk from the Sagrada Familia. Which is not bad considering that the metro brings you everywhere with ease (even at night!) and that being in a residential area there has assured complete peace of mind in the rest.

Appartamento molto confortevole e ben tenuto. Posizionato un po' lontano dal centro, ma a due passi dalla Sagrada Familia. Il che non è negativo considerando che la metro porta dappertutto con estrema facilità (anche di notte!) e che essere in una zona residenziale ci ha garantito la massima tranquillità nel riposo.

The apartment is very clean, the contact person very nice excellent position next to the Sagrada Familia and metro supermarkets.

The apartment was simple but everything was there as explained on the website. Great location. The property owner was really nice and very accommodating. I just had some difficulty to contact this person at first, but later it all went well when we manage to communicate. It is clean and in a quiet area of the city with a close by metro station

The location of the apartment from Sagrada Familia and Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau with view on the balcony to the Southwest and to the shopping mall is quite wonderful and very quiet located. The bedroom and children\'s room are dark, in both cases, the window only to one out there go ...courtyard or a shaft. Specifically in the Kinderzimer Essensgerüche in the room by the courtyard often come, which can be uncomfortable. The decor is Spartan, functional, but everything is there. The kitchen was a bit pekig on our arrival, which would have to be cleaned more thoroughly. The owners very obliging and friendly. 

Die Lage der Wohnung zwischen Sagrada Familia und Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau mit Süd-Westbalkon und Blick und auf die Einkaufspassage ist ganz wunderbar und sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer sind dunkel, in beiden Fällen gehen die Fenster nur zu einem Innenhof bzw. ...einem Schacht nach draußen. Speziell im Kinderzimer kommen vom Innenhof häufig Essensgerüche in das Zimmer, das kann unangenehm sein. Die Einrichtung ist spartanisch, funktional, aber alles ist vorhanden. Die Küche war bei unserer Anreise ein bisschen pekig, das hätte gründlicher gereinigt werden können. Der Besitzer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
