Apartment Nice, close to the Metro and a supermarket. Very good reception.

Location excellent, metro station is 50 metres away.For those who like to walk on foot can be reached in about 30 minutes. It would be better to see before the contracts, perhaps in different languages.Recommended.

Posizione appena ottima, la fermata della metro è a 50 metri. A chi piace camminare anche a piedi si raggiunge in una trentina di minuti il centro. Sarebbe meglio visionare prima i contratti, magari nelle varie lingue. Consigliato.

The apartment was located right next to Mercat Nou subway stop, but if you like to walk 10 minutes you have the plaza de España, the field of the barsa, etc. Although the building is not new, the apartment is renovated and adapted and equipped with all the necessities to spend a few ... days. On ...the side there are shops for daily shopping and is fine. No objection nor to the situation or to the apartment, on the contrary, all better than expected. 

El apartamento estaba ubicado justo al lado de la parada de metro de Mercat Nou, aunque si te gusta andar a 10 minutos tienes la plaza de españa, el campo del barsa, etc. Aunque el edificio no es nuevo, el apartamento está reformado y adaptado y equipado con todas las necesidades para pasar unos ...días. Al lado hay comercios para hacer compra diaria y está muy bien. Nada que objetar ni a la situación ni al apartamento, al contrario, todo mejor de lo esperado.

Everyone should keep in mind that Barcelona is located in the \"Southern countries\".Cockroaches are probably normal in summer, and improper handling of food, it is normal that small animals want to take part then also...... I at ...least could take in this regard like nothing.I can confirm the loud hum formed a ceiling light in the bedroom. This is due to an improper decoupling of the transformers in the walls, which are used for the headlights. That may be actually to fix!Finally some positive impressions: 1. nice Kontaktperson2. Metro around the corner! 3. supermarket around the corner! 4. good functional facilities of the Wohnung5. to recommend for families! 

Einige Bewertungsabgebende haben neg. Äußerungen von sich gegeben. Jeder sollte bedenken, daß Barcelona in den "südlichen Ländern" liegt. Kakerlaken sind wohl normal im Sommer und bei nicht sachgemäßem Umgang mit Lebensmitteln ist es normal, daß kleine Tierchen dann auch teilhaben wollen...... Ich jedenfalls konnte diesbezüglich nichts dergleichen wahrnehmen. Das laute Brummen bei eingeschaltem Deckenlicht in den Schlafzimmern kann ich bestätigen. Das liegt an einer unsachgemäßen Entkoppelung der Trafos in den Wänden, die für die Scheinwerfer benutzt werden. Das dürfte eigentlich zu beheben sein! Abschließend einige positive Eindrücke: 1. nette Kontaktperson 2. Metro um die Ecke! 3. Supermarkt um die Ecke! 4. gute funktionelle Ausstattung der Wohnung 5. für Familien zu empfehlen!

It was a great experience - everything as described.But now, we had fixed a small problem with the heater, which was on the first evening.

Es war ein tolles Erlebnis - alles wie beschrieben. Wir hatten am ersten Abend ein kleines Problem mit der Heizung, das wurde aber sofort behoben.

THE contact person was very friendly and attentive at all times, it is more received us with maps and willing to help us in whatever!The floor was very well connected with Metro station a few metres away.The accommodation just great to spend a few days of tourism in Barcelona, with shops on the ...side, to make the purchase daily, nothing loud, quiet, and very comfortable area 

LA persona de contacto fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento,es más nos recibió con mapas y dispuesta a ayudarnos en lo que fuera! El piso estaba muy bien comunicado con parada de metro a escasos metros. El alojamiento simplemente genial para pasar unos días de turísmo en Barcelona, con ...tiendas al lado,para hacer la compra díaria,nada ruidoso, la zona tranquila,y muy confortable  

Tip: it would take several towels at your disposal during your stay, a couple are too few for 6 days!!!

Un consiglio: ci vorrebbero a disposizione più asciugamani durante il soggiorno, un paio sono troppo pochi per 6 gg!!!

Bad Internet connection, but all in all - just wonderful! Few steps from the tube station and grossery shops. Very local, not touristic, which we enjoyed.

the smaller bedrooms need some form of ventilation, ie fans when there's no air conditioning provided. We ladies need mirrors! Only face mirror in bathroom. Otherwise location near metro and supermarket very useful.
