Cute studio apartment ideal for a couple. The studio is located at Sagrada Familia and from the terrace you will be able to see the famous church. The apartment in itself is small but compact, there is a double bed at one end and an exit onto the terrace with a table and chairs. It has an equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. There´s also a second smaller terrace which clients can access. The apartment has good communication to the beach and the city centre. Veramente piccolo come appartamento, ma il terrazzino e la posizione lo rivalutano. Non é centrale, ma l´ingresso della metro é a 30 metri! Lo consiglio...e la caffettiera c'é!

Doch recht abgewohnt. Etwas Vorreinigung sollte man schon durchführen. Ameisenliebhaber sind willkommen. Entfernt man deren Genußquelle (z.B. Zucker)verschwinden sie. Die Profile des Aufzugschachtes sind direkt an der Wand des Schlafzimmers. Glücklicherweise wird dieser auch nachts nicht so häufig benutzt. Es fehlt an einem Handwerker-Trupp. Die Wohnung liegt nicht in der 4.Etage sondern darüber im Atica und hat eine wunderschöne Terasse. Auf E-Mail wird grundsätzlich nicht geantwortet. Der Kontakt und die Zusagen über Telefon funktionieren sehr gut. Änderung von Stockwerk und Wohnungsnummer/-bezeichnung sind nötig.
