Comfortable apartment near Plaza España

The apartment was well furnished and spacious for 4 adults. Very convenient with 2 separate shower compartments and toilets. A very convenient location with short walk to nearby Poble Sec or Paral-lel metro stations. Drainage in one shower was stuck after using for 6 nights. So need to check ...blockage in toilet which will affect shower drainage. Only drawback was no WIFI. Contact person should contact tenants from time to time to see if there are any problems in the apartment.

Apartment was great! Everything worked even better than expected. Also, the metro was very close by (we used Poble Sec and Espanya) as was transportation to the airport (Pl. Espanya). No complaints really! :)

Everything was great. The contact person was really lovely, there was a small language barrier but everything else was perfect and went very smoothly.

You could not quite close the window, and it was very noisy.

Man konnte die Fenster nicht ganz schliessen und somit war es sehr laut.

Spacious flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Very clean. There is lift although it is the first plant. Good treatment received. The area has places of leisure: pubs, bars and restaurants

Piso amplio con dos habitaciones, dos baños. Muy limpio. Dispone de ascensor aunque es primera planta. Buen trato recibido. La zona dispone de lugares de ocio: pubs, bares y restaurantes

It is an apartment which is ideally located in Barcelona, with metro stations very cercanasEl dispensing treatment has been very good and with many facilities for the input and output

the owner spoke very little english, but we managed to communicate cheerfully and all arrangements were punctual. the appartment was comfortable and spacious with good facilities

The apartment definitely lived up to our expectations. It had everything we expected. Very close to everything, with only one stop with the metro or 5 euros with taxi to La Rambla. Even though it was situated right at the big street Avenida Para'lel, there was no noice at all and we had never a ...problem sleeping. If you don't know a word of Spanish, it may be difficult to communicate with the contact person, but we didn't have huge problems with that. Thank you so much for the stay, we would LOVE to come back.
