Nice apartment near Sants Station

The apartment was fine. The value for money agrees fully. The location is perfect for football fans. Important is, be sure to arrive in Barcelona with the contact immediately by telephone (not SMS) to make check-in smoothly can be organised.... the time of departure (check-out) should be announced at check-in.

Das Appartment war in Ordnung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt vollauf. Die Lage ist optimal für Fußballfans. Wichtig ist, sich unbedingt nach Ankunft in Barcelona mit der Kontakperson sofort telefonisch (nicht SMS) in Verbindung zu setzen, damit das Check-in reibungslos vor sich gehen kann.... Die Abfahrtszeit (check-out) sollte schon beim Check-in bekanntgegeben werden.  

Good apartment place when it knows Barcelona, otherwise big flat side propreter given own outside but when you look underneath the beds it is fear... Attention to the delay of the owner

Appartement bien situer quand on connait Barcelon, sinon gros bémol côté propreter vu extérieur propre mais quand on regarde en dessous des lits ça fait peur.. Attention au retard du propriétaire

The apartment itself was fine, everything worked with the keys, but the staircase was something in need of renovation.

Die Wohnung an sich war in Ordnung, mit der Schlüsselübergabe hat alles geklappt, aber das Treppenhaus war etwas renovierungsbedürftig.

as already pointed out in other reviews, the owner wasn\'t very punctual, either upon arrival (45 minutes late to the appointment) and departure (only 20). However, the beauty of the city, the delight and the comfortabilita of the accommodation, the convenience of the location and the sweetness of ...the owner, have completely overshadowed these small imperfections. You can smoke in the apartment would be the best, but it\'s just a matter of point of view!! Wi-fi seems to not work at first, but hacking a bit again. TV: it is not true that it does not work!Just use the \"plug\" to turn on/off and turn on the decoder from the on/off button behind;). The water becomes warm in the kitchen turn the lever to the right (towards blue instead of red. In short: 10! 

come già sottolineato in altre recensioni, il proprietario non è stato molto puntuale, sia all'arrivo(45 minuti di ritardo all'appuntamento) che alla partenza (solo 20). Tuttavia, la bellezza della città, la delizia e la comfortabilità dell'alloggio, la comodità della posizione e la dolcezza ...stessa del proprietario, hanno del tutto oscurato queste piccole imperfezioni. Poter fumare nell'appartamento sarebbe stato il massimo, ma è solo una questione di punti di vista!! Wi-fi sembra non funzionare all'inizio, ma smanettando un po' riparte alla grande. TV: non è vero che non funziona!Basta usare la "spina" per accendere/spegnere e accendere il decoder dal bottoncino on/off che sta dietro ;). L'acqua in cucina diventa calda girare la leva a destra (verso il blu anzichè il rosso. Insomma: 10+! 

The apartment is very centrally located, close to many small and large grocers are available and also Tappasbars. The Metro station Badal is reachable in 5 minutes. The apartment was very clean and Mr R is a nice obliging landlords. I can only recommend the apartment the area of Sants is great.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen,in unmittelbarer Naehe sind viele kleine und groessere Lebensmittelhaendler vorhanden sowie auch Tappasbars. Die Metrostation Badal ist in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber gewesen und Herr R ist ein netter zuvorkommender Vermieter. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen, auch die Gegend Sants ist toll.

The contact came at the departure not at 7: 00 pm as agreed, but only after callback and then still has the 50? single striped for early check-out. For me this was not in Ordnung.Das area was nice and clean. The location was OK.

Die Kontaktperson kam bei der Abreise nicht um 7:00 Uhr wie vereinbart, sondern erst nach Rückruf und hat dann trotzdem die 50 € für das frühe Auschecken eingestreift. Das war für mich nicht in Ordnung. Das Quartier war schön und sauber. Die Lage war OK.

Solid apartment, less than on the photos, but clean and good. Location 6 minutes from the Metro, 4 stations to the fair, super bakery for breakfast opposite. 3 Bedroom, quiet location, clean bathroom and price to recommend.

Solides Appartement, kleiner als auf den Fotos, aber sauber und gut. Lage 6 min von der U-bahn, 4 Stationen zur Messe, super-Bäcker zum Frühstücken gegenüber. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern, ruhiger Lage, sauberem Bad und Spitzenpreis zu empfehlen.
