Nice flat to be shared with 2 Spanish people (65 and 35 y.o.), in Gracia district, a safe neighborhood in Barcelona center. It is a sunny and completely furnished and equipped apartment. It is outer to the street and to a common yard, with all the light that this implies.
The room is large and nice, with a balcony outer to Calle Asturias and a private bathroom with shower; it has also a big closet and a desk.
The apartment has WiFi internet connection and by cable.
NOTE: the apartment also houses three cats and one medium sized dog.

The appartment is in a great location, everything you might need is very close, (metro station, grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, etc). It is fully furnished, clean and the landlady is always nice and does her best to make sure you feel comfortable. Definitely a great place to stay in Barcelona, no matter if you are staying for a short period of time or for longer!

Das Zusammenleben mit den Katzen und kurzzeitig auch dem Hund war sehr schön, da sie wie auch die Menschen, die ich kurz oder länger in der Wohnung getroffen habe, ganz entspannt sind. Die Lage mitten in Grácia ist aufgrund des Lärmpegels sicherlich nicht jedermanns Sache, ich bin es aber aus Berlin gewöhnt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ich konnte mich dort fabelhaft entspannen.

If you don't mind to be sourrounded by three cute cats, it's the place to be! You won't find a more convenient place in Barcelona. The Gracia neighborhood, the helpful landlady, the large room with balcony, the very close metro access, the proximity to Park Guell...
