Description
The apartment is bright, airy and nicely decorated. Upon entering the apartment to the right there is one of the smaller twin rooms with with two single beds and built in wardrobes. On the left is the bathroom with a shower unit. Continuing down the hall there is the kitchen to the left, fully equipped with an oven, microwave and washing machine. On the right is the second twin room, looking onto the street. The living room and third bedroom are at the end of the hall. The third bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes.
All the rooms are exterior and have plenty of natural light. The apartment is located at the beginning of the Barceloneta neighbourhood, with the Marina just a few meters away and the beach about a 5 minute walk.
The Gothic Quarter as well as Las Ramblas can be reached on foot or by taking a short trip on one of the frequent buses that passes nearby. There are plenty of shops, bakeries and restaurants in the area. All in all an ideal base to discover Barcelona.

A clean, quiet and nice apartment with perfect location, couldn´t be better, near beach, shops, metro, very nice restaurants and the nice part of Barcelona called Ghotic.

Appartement recemment rénové et qui correspond exactement aux photos,très propre,bonne literie.L'appartement est bruyant car les fenêtres isolent mal du bruit extérieur, mais nous nous sommes habitués. Le seul problème pour nous est qu'il n'y avait pas assez de vaisselle (assiettes et verres).Aucun problème de wifi.Plage et port juste à côté, les enfants ont adoré!Supérette en face de l'appartement,marché à 300m. Beaucoup de sites touristiques accessibles à pied.

L'appartement est bien situé, c'est ce que l'on attendait, il est propre, assez central et confortable. Je n'ai pas rencontré la personne de contact mais j'ai entendu des personnes avec moi qu'il était assez gentil. Je dirais seulement que ça serait bien de rajouter un peu plus de couleurs, des simples petits details.

Das Appartment ist sehr schön und optimal gelegen. Es war allerdings nicht sehr sauber und hat eine Renovierung nötig. Der Service durch die Kontaktperson war sehr gut.
