Lovely apartment in Barcelona city

Apartment very well organized and functional. Single point noi? the lack of sound insulation of Windows. Lack of tranquility for the nights (garbage pass at night. The family was awakened).

Appartement très bien agencé et fonctionnel. Seul point noiŕ le manque d'isolation phonique des fenetres. Manque de tranquillité pour les nuits ( les poubelles passent en pleine nuit. Toute la famille a été réveillée).

The location of the apartment is optimal, because close to the beach and the city centre. Barceloneta is an interesting Borough u.a with good restaurants and bars. We were 2 adults and up to 4 children in the apartment, which was physically well. The inadequate facilities of the ... is still very ...annoying cuisine, despite multiple notes in the guest comments. 

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, weil nah zum Strand und zur Innenstadt. Barceloneta ist ein interessanter Stadtteil u.a mit guten Restaurants/Bars. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und bis zu 4 Kindern in der Wohnung, was räumlich gut ging. Sehr ärgerlich ist weiterhin die mangelhafte Ausstattung der... Küche, trotz mehrfacher Hinweise in den Gästekommentaren. 

The contact person was very good, and very helpful, they arranged an early check-in for us.

Super: Größe der Wohnung & Internet-Zugang Weniger Gut: Küchenausstattung - keine Kaffee-Maschine (wie auch immer), zu wenig Geschirr! Organisation: perfekt - freundlich und kompetent!

The apartment us much liked by its geographical situation and its space. However, lacking the dishes (glasses, plates) and the household in the kitchen was not well done: remaining water in the fridge... washed dishes, covered with Frost losing water. In the shower cabin, several brands of ...unpleasant sawmills.DVD player that is not working and lack of bag for the vacuum cleaner, component that could not step open in a room. 

L'appartement nous a beaucoup plu par sa situation géographique et son espace. Toutefois, il manquait de la vaisselle (verres, assiettes)et le ménage du coin cuisine n'était pas bien fait : couverts, eau restante dans les assiettes lavées...frigo avec du givre perdant de l'eau. Dans la cabine ...douche, plusieurs marques de moississures désagréables.Lecteur DVD qui ne fonctionne pas et manque de sac pour l'aspirateur, volet que l'on ne pouvait pas ouvrir dans une chambre. 

Le propriétaire prend toutes les mesures nécessaires pour assurer la propreté de l’appartement. De plus il a contrôlé la vaisselle à disposition et l’équipement de l’appartement et confirme que le lecteur de DVD fonctionne.

The area is safe and very close to the metro station as well as the beach. There are some souvenir shops around which we found much cheaper than Las Ramblas and other tourist spots. Dia opposite is great for groceries and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Oh-Barcelona!

We were quite well. Very good stay.
