Description
Studio style room ideal for young couples or travellers on a budget. The accommodation offers a comfortable twin room with a kitchette; small fridge, microwave, kettle, kitchen utensils etc (the basics for breakfast or heating food but not for cooking meals). There is a satelite t.v, with remote control, table & chairs, bed linen & towels as well as ventilators and central heating. A baby cot can also be provided upon request. The room is located on the first floor or a building with an elevator.
There are four such rooms on the same floor as well as three double rooms so the landlady can accept group bookings. The rooms are ideal for those who want to be in the centre of Barcelona and who are looking for comfort at an affordable price. The rooms are located in a building on Calle Gignas, right in the centre of Barcelona which means that there´s no need to use public transport; Las Ramblas, the Borne area, Plaza Catalunya etc can all be reached on foot.

Soggiorno perfetto! stanza semplice, pulita con tutto (tv, cucina, bagno) e in ottima posizione nel barrio gotico a due passi de La Rambla.

Da das Appartment direkt in der Altstadt liegt ist bis spät in die Nacht Leben auf den Straßen zu hören. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Auch die Abwicklung mit Schlüsselübergabe ist sehr unkompliziert. Das einzige Manko: die Matratzen - aber die wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes durch nagelneue Federkernmatratzen ausgetauscht, also ist der einzige Kritikpunkt auch weggefallen. Für junge Leute nur zu empfehlen!

The beds were awful really. They didn´t stay together, kept noise, and the matress was so outworn.. Saturday night was really noisy and it was hard to get rest all night, as the night life at Barcelona on saturday night is longterm and festive.. . On weekdays it was easier to sleep. The location and the area were awesome. Contactpersons were nice and friendly.The Barrio is so beautifull!

Logement très fonctionnel, situation géographique parfaite, juste un peu de mal à joindre le contact pour prendre possession des lieux, l'antenne TV ne marchait pas mais ce n'est pas grave, par contre au niveau sonore de la rue pour la nuit: cela dépend de l'état d'ébriété des gens à la sortie des bars...
